Cosmetics Store SEPHORA reviews
14They follow you around like hawks! I just wanted to buy a simply gift for my sister and they made me feel like a criminal. Simply racist
Just went for the holiday season and I was blessed to run into Naiya. She knew exactly what I was looking for, made me laugh and made sure I left a happy customer. There was a lot going on because of the staff made up for it.
Makeup is way overpriced it’s ridiculous. This makeup store is very biased too. This location is very unorganized. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. They treated my boyfriend unfairly.
Patty was amazing 5 stars to patty she was Super patient, a super great listener great with customer service and made me feel more interested in buying more products! Love Sephora company
I came in for a return! The store manager informed that I could only get a gift card even thou I placed the order only one week ago! She couldn’t even tell me why became obnoxious and said the system won’t let her. I told her it’s not very fair not to refund back to the original payment. At this point she told me I am being disrespectful and refused to talk to me! How is this even ok I wasn’t disrespectful to her and it’s very natural to be indignant when you are facing any kind of unfairness. I feel that Sephora’s customer service has diminished over the years unfortunately.
This Sephora used to be decent. Now, the customer service is gone.
I was here the other day. It was busy so I understand if they weren’t able to help everyone.
I tried to ask someone where one of the product sections was and got a response of “What’s up? ” I was stunned, not expecting that kind of response from a grown man. This is not a high school. Even if I were a young, teenage customer, I’d still expect a certain level of professionalism.
I returned some of the products today and I’m not sure I’ll return to this location.
Maya was amazing! She helped me and took her time helping me find a new foundation, concealer, blush, bronzer and a new lip liner that fits my skin condition, my wants and needs.she was very patient and gave me a lot of great options to choose from before settling on the ones i brought.it’s been about a week since i purchased all my new items and i’m so in love with them, she did such a great job making sure i got everything i was looking for and making sure i left happy.she also answered a bunch of questions i had regarding makeup and was very knowledgeable.she was so welcoming and i couldn’t ask for better assistance. 10/10 service from Maya
This is by far one of the worst sephoras I’ve personally shopped in. The customer service needs to be worked on, the employees act bothered when you ask them a question. I hope an improvement is made for the sake of business
My wife had a disappointing experience at Sephora because the workers were rude. They didn't provide helpful assistance and made her feel unwelcome. It's important for them to improve their customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
XL sized cosmetic store. A friend wanted Bobbi Brown branded cosmetics. I walked in. Ticked the wishlist. Made the payment. Walked out. Well laid out and helpful staff. I have no further knowledge about cosmetics
Sephora always has everything that I need. My only CON for this store is that I feel it's so dark inside. The lights are dimmed way too low and it's hard to see the actual result of my makeup. I understand the look they're going for, but I've been to other Sephora's with great lighting. Also, depending on the season, some of the stylists can be a bit short. Other than that, the ladies/gents are always generous with their samples and willing to help.
Helpful staff and good selection, inventory was a bit low on popular products and it would be helpful if more of the tester products were actually there
The first time I came, I saw workers actively engaging with customers. This second time, I was browsing through the store, and there were so many workers. Not one person ever asked if I needed help. Other customers had moved around the product I wanted (I found a sample), and I couldn't find where the original, new ones were located. There were also different sizes and colors, and again, they were not in the right spots. When I asked a worker for help locating the original product, she looked annoyed, went straight to a drawer, took out a new product and handed it to me without saying anything. Then, when I asked if they had the other colors (since there were labels for different shades, but all the samples and products were diaorganized), she snapped at me, and was very rude with her body language and the way she spoke. I also overheard another worker getting frustrated with a customer who was asking for information about a product. Anyway, I brought the product to the counter. The scan said a different price, higher than what was on the label. The worker said they had to update the label. She also wasn't pleasant. I told her I didn't want it anymore, and walked out. I could live without it, and don't want to spend money where I'm not respected and valued.
