Cosmetics Store SEPHORA reviews
18 I swore I would never go back to sephora in my post pandemic life.
But. Then I met one of the store managers, KAT.
1) she remembers faces.
2) She is honestly the most helpful sephora employee I have ever encountered
3) She is very educated about the products and makes intelligent recommendations
Kudos to KAT. Great neighborhood store now. ️️️

Nice and clean location, sadly they were out of stock of the product I wanted but would definitely come back.
Jaime helped me choose a fragrance and really took his time with me and i’m hard to please. He’s def a great addition to this team.
Went there a few weeks ago in the evening to look for a waterproof eye brow pencil. They have a wide range of selections. The associates were super friendly and helpful!
It’s been over a year when me and the wife went here but when we did they saved us. We made an appointment online but we messed it up and we’re about to get married in just over an hour from walking into the store. Thankfully Miss Monique Fontaine was there to help my wife get her makeup done and did a fantastic job. I don’t know if She still works there but she saved the day for us. All the staff was great as well.
Super nice staff everyone was so patient with me, even though I was asking a bunch of questions; if you spend a certain amount of money you get a facial which I recommend. My skin felt really moisturized afterward!
This location is ok, nothing bad and nothing spectacular about my experience when I visit. I get the vibe that everyone is just there doing their required job as the company has already built their name, everyone knows the store is there, you come in, get what you want or need then go. This is also a smaller location in comparison to others, so you may not find some of the brands or items you are looking for. You will however find the best sellers and popular brands. Not my first choice loction to visit, I'll only stop there if I'm in the area randomly.
I dont like when workers are stuck to you but its ridiculous when there are 4 standing in front of you.you say excuse me and they scatter a terrible experience.the stars are for the merchandise the workers suck
Awful customer service! This is actually my 1st time ever writing a review. Asked 4 employees (in the duration of time I was in the store) about a foundation and they all pointed towards the back. No one tried to walk towards the back and help me find the foundation. I tried to look for it myself and didnt find it so I left.
The absolute worse customer service is here. Employees don't want to work. Before headed to this store, research online because absolute no-one will help you or give you advice. Be luckly if they answer you a single question with bad attitude. I asked the cashier if someone else could help me. He asked his female cashier colleague and she also (on my face) took a few seconds of silence with the same "i don't feel like working" attitude and she verbally confirmed her rude (or lack) predisposition.
I always have trouble with service when I go to this Sephora, so just be aware of that when you go and they don't carry any independent luxury Brands like Natasha denona
I've always liked Sephora! My best friend and I went in because she wanted a blue eye pencil, lucky for us we got assigned to a wonderful Sephora makeup artist name Carlos.he showed us 2 blue eye pencils by Dior, my friend tried it on and it was perfect, Carlos also introduce me to 2 Bobbi Brown concealers and I got them.
I found everything I wanted thanks to Carlos, who helped me out and and gave me many tips on how to use my make up! Excellent!
One of the larger sephora sores here in UWS. Not so crowded, but there are only a few cashiers.
Stay away from Maritza. She will just toss things in your basket w.o permission and use you for commission. She doesn’t care to help you. They just want your money. She also shipped the wrong color foundation to me.
Also, they take forever just to color match you.
Had to locate anyone to assist me. Was unable to obtain samples of shampoo and conditioner because no one was available. Will definitely be shopping online or other locations
Great experience. Maria, the beauty advisor that helped us was wonderful: knowledgeable, friendly and patient, easy to ask for advice on not only various anti-aging and anti-wrinkle products but how to apply them and which would be better for different issues. The store is smaller than other locations, but has most of the more popular brands that Sephora carries. Will definitely return.
