Serafina Italian Restaurant Always, New York NY

Terrible pizza! No cheese at all. The dough is so dry. No ingredients and very low quality!

My experience was a five out of five stars from me. If you're in New York, you have to try something from their menu. You can't go wrong with any pizza or pasta you choose. I was positively surprised by the delicious entrees they served.

You can sit and relax for hours in Serafina. It's as if each dish is prepared just for you. Everything on the menu delights your senses. The staff is family with warm smiles and careful anticipation. This restaurant is easily one of the best restaurants in Manhattan. Always a delicious event, you will not be disappointed.

Serafina is the best Italian restaurant you will find outside ot Italy. The service is impeccable! For an exceptional experience. Do yourself a favor and try this hidden gem.

I’ve been to a lot of great Italian restaurants. The experience, atmosphere, wine selection and menu here is simply unmatched. Serafina tops the cake for Italian food.simply the best.

I hate I didn't post a pic of the food we ordered. My husband had angel pasta Alfredo with grilled shrimp. He graciously allowed me to try it, and it was absolutely amazing! I ordered old faithful lasagna! This pasta was authentic as it gets. The tomato sauce was obviously homemade, coupled with a meat sauce to die for. The lasagna had the perfect portion of cheeses (not too much and not lacking enough)! The atmosphere was so warm and cozy (the lights were just dim enough to be a romantic spot or light enough to still enjoy with friends. I suggest u give this place a try! You'll love it!

My wife and I just went in for late night drinks. A really nice, quiet and welcoming atmosphere and staff. We we weren't rushed at all, and our bartender was truly attentive. Based on this experience, we will definitely drop in for dinner.

Popped in for dinner on a sunday night and thankfully we were seated downstairs right away without a reservation.menu has a lot of variety and of course all the classics.the host (i didn’t catch his name) was so jovial it was very nice to see.we had pizza and salad, which were both very good and served quickly.the fig vinaigrette was amazing! I do wish they had bread baskets with the meals but no other complaints! Would recommend to a friend and would go back

Absolute amazing experience! We were there for my birthday and there just happened to be another birthday at the table next to us. Francesco the manager made the whole night special. The food was outstanding and a great value. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ordered a lasagna and it came out cold as I was eating it. I told the waiter and they asked if I wanted it to be reheated but I asked for a fresh one. (I don’t understand or know why food comes out cold in the first place) The lasagna was not good and not memorable. I don’t recommend this place and there are a lot tastier Italian restaurants in the city/outside of Manhattan.

The fastest food you can get short of fast food. Food quality is good given the speed and price point and service is fast.

Serafina Always was a wonderful alternative to the Serafina we originally planned on going to that was booked for a private party.

Mateo, our server, was the main reason for the good vibes and service of our Friendsgiving dinner. I highly recommend coming here after work for dinner with friends or coworkers.
