Serendipity Labs Private Offices & Coworking, White Plains NY

During a sponsored office event, we were impressed by the building and found the staff to be exceptionally pleasant.

We lease offices spaces within this building and they have some of the friendlest staff I've ever had the pleasure of working with as well as a meticulously clean building. Everyone involved here has been amazing, and I look forward to continuing leasing our here.

Super happy with our decision to come here. It is a cool mix of modern & industrial design with lots of community/flex work stations & sitting areas, conference rooms that you can rent by the hour, and plenty of "phone booth" style rooms for single use calls/conferencing. For those wanting a dedicated office or workspace you have a lot of options between the 2 floor layout. The communal kitchens are well appointed (coffee, tea, dining ware, dishwashers, microwaves, large fridge, etc.), which they maintain and clean daily. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained as well. Wifi is included, super strong connectivity with I'd say 99% uptime. They offer shuttle service to the Metro North railroad and major highway access is blocks away. As for dining options, we are just a few minutes away from Mamaroneck Ave, the Weschester mall is a few hundred feet away, and they even offer a cafeteria in the building for those who don't want to leave the building. We get to park in the adjoining covered lot, which is easily accessible through a connecting walkway and you can get a parking pass for easy in and out. So yes, after being here for many months we really like it here and highly recommend it.

Best coworking space ever! Nothing is better then coming into the office and having a fresh cup of coffee! Very clean and spacious. The staff if super friendly, and always willing to help! Truly would recommend this place to anyone!
