SERRA by Birreria reviews
16 The environment is very beautiful …
It was raining and I got some water drops on my head lol leak on the roof …
The waiter she was very polite and saved my dinner suggesting the only food we liked …
The foods we picked definitely was very small and horrible…
The wine also very bad …
But the experience was funny …
We are not going back ….
Save your money and get better food and drinks elsewhere. This place is probably very cute in daylight. Nightime it's pretty but it does not match the prices. Service was not good- very corporate, inattentive, and a bit too mansplaining. Bussers and runners were great. Dishes were boring. Drinks were good but at 20 a pop there are several other places to go. Pastsa was nice, gnocchi dish was bland and boring. Brussels good. 30$ dishes that do not have a side/ vegetable? No thanks. This city is big- there are soooo many other options!
The food was terrible. They have a limited menu, and the presentation was nice but you got weight watchers portions. Tasteless and over price. Not going back. Btw there is no heat there.be prepare to eat with your coat on
Good food, beautiful atmosphere and vibe. Our server Jade was quick, kind, knowledgeable and had the warmest energy, she made our meal xo
The restaurant is Beautiful…unfortunately the food sucked! Only good thing was the Cesar salad and the bread. Will not be coming back.
You could find way better Italian food probably anywhere else in New York. Don’t waste your time here.
Menu explaining pretty well
Dish and flavor excellent
The service very cain and open to explain everything
The Only thing is to rush between meal
It’s a really pretty restaurant and the wine/cocktails were decent. But the food was so disappointing. Just go for drinks
I absolutely loved the food. My friend and I got the frito misto, the otto, and the gnocchi - all great choices. The portion sizes weren't big, but I wouldn't say they were super small either.
Aside from the food, we waited a long time for the waiter. It seems like bigger groups are prioritized because I watched as a large group who arrived after me got waited on and served a lot quicker.
Nonetheless, the overall experience was pretty great. I'd be curious to see what the restaurant is like during other times of the year since the menu and ambiance changes.
This “Italian” restaurant can’t cook pasta properly. Come here if you want overpriced, rubbery noodles. The ambience is ok.
Beautiful rooftop bar with a very relaxed atmosphere. I had been inside Eataly before but never went up to this rooftop until recently. The elevator is located inside and you take it to the 14th floor. Supposedly, they change the decor of this bar based on the season. My friend and I knew we had to check it out while the fall colors were on full display. They actually use real leaves for the decoration.
Once we got up there, we noticed that this is actually a full service restaurant and not just a bar. The menu is of course Italian food and good quality Italian food at that. They bring you free bread with olive oil. The chicken breast salad and arancini stood out as being the tastiest. The drinks were good too. In particular, I liked the pumpkin spice cocktail that is being offered for the fall season.
I have been to a few rooftop bars and this one easily ranks as one of the best I've been to.
Food not tasteful. Terrible service. Took my sister and kids today… I was there for 45 min and never had the sodas refilled. Pricey but not worth it. Also, better on picture. Not as beautiful as on instagram.
Beautiful place, nice staff, the menu is great but I thought the entrees were not enough for a person (a little expensive)
If you are looking for products of Italian origin, this is the place, there is a variety of local restaurants, shops. Pleasant atmosphere, good service. The tiramisu at its delicious point.
The place was beautiful. It was really nice tbh, however this made me have high expectations. The food was disappointing. I ordered a Ceasar Salad and found something that just wasn’t it. My friend tried ordering the Milanese but it didn’t come with anything on the side, and for the price that just isn’t fair ($28 dollars). I can’t say anything about drink nor dessert, but appetizers and main dishes were absolutely disappointing. For this to be part of Eataly, it doesn’t quite fit in. I guess if you’re going for a place that is perfect for an Instagram post, this is your place, but not for a good lunch/diner.
