Service Tire Truck Centers - Road Service at Syracuse, NY

Slowest shop I`ve ever seen. Refused to let my truck leave the shop after payment just because She wanted to. Good job Delaura super professional service you got right there. They will give you attitude at all times, assuming its a family owned company you wont be able to get to anyone to help you with any issues related to the service.
They will tell you they will get on it right away then u will wait all day for them to finish, its all lies.
I would avoid this place, be advised!

I had a blow out and needed roadside assistance. The company would not tell me the price of the tire, their call out fee, or hourly labor rate. They wanted to put a $1500 hold on my credit card before sending a tech out who would then do an assessment before they would let me know what the charges would total out to. Absolute madness thinking I'd give them the green light without giving me an estimate of what they would charge me.

Worst place worst service I recommend nobody to go there. Big rip off. Not honest at all

After being on hold after hours only to be hung up on, called back, felt like 20 minutes on hold to get someone that barely speaks English. Do yourself a favor and call industrial tire. The guy that answered the phone is the same guy that Changed my tires.
