I had Servpro come to the house and do a deep clean from the attic to the basement. They worked nonstop for three days and every inch of the house is now clean like never before. I’ve never had a team be more thorough, professional, and helpful. What is different about Servpro is they actually care about doing a job they are proud of. They were excellent in every way. Highly recommend them!

We recently had a dryer fire in our basement that filled the house with smoke. Servpro came out the same day I contacted them and made recommendations on how to eliminate the electrical fire/melting plastic odor from the house. They installed fans in the basement and 1st floor to help with the odor and Luke and Zack spent a day cleaning the smoke soot from our entire basement including floor joist and all hard surfaces. The basement is spotless! It has not been this clean since the house was built in 1965. They did an amazing job and our house is odor free. Great company and very competent and courteous employees. Highly recommended!

Due to extensive water damage to my house it was necessary for Servpro to come in and do clean up. It was a big job, all of my furniture had to be removed and it involved extensive demolition to my home. All of the Servpro employees were extremely kind and understanding, always behaving in a professional manner. They were careful to take care of my home and belongings as to avoid any further damage. They always responded promptly to all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Servpro of East Monroe County and would use them again should the need arise.

I had a kitchen fire in Henrietta. SERVPRO showed up on time as scheduled. Luke, Nate and Zac were professional, curtious and a pleasure to have in my home. I hope I never need them again. But nice to know they are there.

Servpro did a wonderful job and I appreciate them coming out to help me with a flood that I had in my house. Tyler, Nate and Zeke were great! If I need Servpro, I will definitely use them in the future.

Took servpro an area rug for cleaning. It did not get cleaned. Showed it to owner. He became very argumentative and after much ado, reluctantly cleaned it. Not very well. Will never go back or recommend this service!

Our basement flooded due to heavy rains. Servpro came promptly for an estimate. Dealt with Kaitlin, Zeke, Zach and Luke…each of them professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Clean-up began quickly and effectively. Catlin, Zeke and Zak responded to initial request for quote, followed up with emails, phone calls, cleaned basement caused by sewage back-up from street. All three exceeded my expectations.

I would like to commend Servpro of S. E. Monroe County for their professionalism. They did a mold remediation project at my house. When I expressed concerns, they responded right away and did everything possible to remedy the problem. Mike Necci was accessible and attentive. Zeke and the other technicians were thoughtful and thorough. Thank you to a great team for a job well done!

I could not be happier with the teams that came to my home. Every one was courteous and respectful to both me and my home. What impressed me most was how they tolerated my dog. Once they each passed his test, they were his best friends. I would not hesitate to recommend or if needed use this company again. Job well done!

My experience with ServPro was nothing but fantastic. Rachel and Zach arrived on time and were polite, friendly, and professional. One of our cats had peed in an expensive upholstered chair and they were able to clean it quickly and effectively. Will definitely use again!

Very positive experience with SERVPRO here in town. Our humidifier unit leaked and we got extensive carpet damage in our finished basement. Glad I called them. Team was responsive, professional, and very nice people. Explained everything thoroughly. Doug came to our house and evaluated the damage. Katlyn and Felicia in their office expedited the process. And Devlin, Zach, and Tyler did great work in our basement. Smooth process. Very happy.

We were having a dishwasher installed and when the installers removed our old dishwasher they saw that it had leaked a significant amount of water onto the floor beneath it. After speaking with our insurance company we called Servpro. Initially Doug, the local operations mgr, came to our house and inspected for damage to our hardwood floor around the washer, the space below and to the sides of the washer, as well as to the wood above our basement drop ceiling below the washer. He also looked for any signs of mold. Following Doug's visit, Devlin, Ally, and Zeke installed a combination of drying fans, humidifiers, floor drying mats, as well as mold-preventing spray. The net-net here is that my wife and I have been Extremely impressed with each team members' professionalism, knowledge, and attitude. Their purpose really is to solve the problem the right way and to explain each step their plan. Great job!

Devlin, Doug, Zach and Kaitlin were very helpful when my carpet was soaked by a leak in my refrigerator. They acted quickly and efficiently to dry out the area before any mold could form. They explained all the steps they would take.
