It’s highly unprofessional that the phone number listed doesn’t work on the weekends. I called to confirm an appointment time but I can’t due to the phone ringing forever. Also you should send texts as a written reminder of the appointment. Anyone can forget the call reminder as did I.

Absolutely terrible. At least an hour wait every time even if you have an appointment. Very unprofessional staff, will swear, gossip, and be unsanitary. Very rude and crude. Leaves doors open and shares personal information from room to room.
