The drive thru winterization program you are running was perfect. It very professional and well done. Less than 25 minutes from pulling in the lot to pulling off the property.

Anytime I have service done, everybody is efficient, polite and knowledgeable. Great place that is very down to earth! Never any pressure!

We have been customers of Seven O's RV Way for a number of years. We purchased our current trailer from them. They are a very friendly helpful family owned business. Their mechanics work hard to fix problems and will explain how to handle some of the challenges. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

We met the Seven O’s team at the Syracuse NY RV Show. We found a Rockwood that exceeded the needs on our “shopping” list. Marianne, our sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to answer all of the questions we had on interior & exterior issues. We liked that she wasn’t pushy to make a sale. When we picked up the new unit, they were very accommodating. Chris, the service tech made a minor repair & answered several questions. Marianne was also very helpful. Chris Oot took time to assist us as well.

This was not my first or second camper purchase but my first from Seven Os. From thr beginning of the sell to the walk thru and pick up 4 months later, they were the best. I am not here to talk down about other dealerships in the but I can say that Seven Os has me for life.

I have my choice of Camping World, Gander RV and many others in this area. However, if I want fast, honest and professional service from a family who cares, my choice is Seven O's. You won’t be disappointed.

My husband brought our camper to Seven O’s to get the roof cleaned and sealed. When he picked it up the first time he saw the roof had not in fact been cleaned. He brought the camper back to Seven O’s. They claimed it was cleaned but had my husband keep it there to be done. The second time he picked it up, nothing had been done. Roof was still dirty. If any sealant had been used, it was put on a dirty roof. The third time my husband brought it there, Seven O’s refused to do anything more. They refunded our money but now we still have a dirty roof and probably not very sealed roof. We had bought this camper from them originally but our next camper will be bought elsewhere. If I could give Seven O’s zero stars, I would. Shame on them.

Took my 5th in to be winterized on Saturday 10/23/2020. They were very efficient and knowledgeable on the winterizing process. Was a good experience. The price seems a little high, but I'm sure it's the current going rate at all dealerships.

I would never ever buy or take my camper here for anything again. Customer service was awful. And service was very poor if I could give a negative score I would. I bought a new 2021 last October from Sevenos in Cicero. First trip out this year we discovered hot water was going in the toilet. Called there and talked to Chris and he said they would fix it when we brought it in. And it was ok to use like that. So we took it there in September to have it winterized. We wanted an awning put on over the slide out and awning lights put on for the awning. Plus while at the campground the slide out got hit by a rock while they were mowing. It was a hassle to get everything done. They call and say it’s ready for pick up. We go there and the only thing that was done is the awning over the slide out and the estimate that they charged me $140.44 for. It would of been nice to know before they did the estimate that they charged for it. They never went over the work that was done. The only way we found out that the work we wanted done wasn’t done was by reading the receipts that they give you at the time of payment.

Family owned and they treat their customers like part of the family! Respectful, professional and courteous. I live near Albany and will always make the drive for this type of service!

The refrigerator in my motor home stopped working during my trip from California. I called to see if I could get it in but they were booked solid for 2 week. I told Fred that I would be gone by then so he said he would take a quick look at it and he quickly diagnosed a loose wire. He had me up and running in about an hour. Thank you Fred for going above and beyond!
