Great people love the property manager so sweet and perfetional pay your rent and you won't ever have a problem I've lived in one of there apartments for 5 years and still there.

Working with this company and Kait was such a great experience, answered all my questions with a no pressure atmosphere. Kait is very friendly and very knowledgeable and also extremely talented as she showed me some of her artistic skills that she has incorporated into some of the rental properties with no extra charge! I would highly recommend them to my friends, family anyone in need of their services.

Great company to rent or buy a home from. Me and my fiancé lived above the property manager kaitlyn for a year and she was nothing but respectful. Showed us a couple apartments before we chose one and she was always on time and very attentive to our needs. Pay your rent and be respectful and you should have no issues with this company.

I will have to say that kait has always been a pleasure to work with. Her professionalism and follow through is very refreshing to see in this day and age. Kait was very patient while answering all of my questions and concerns in great detail. I will definitely continue to do buisness with this young, professional, energetic individual.
