I've rented office space in several locations between Albany and NYC in my 30+ years as a small business owner. I will tell you that Seven21 is so much more than an office building. The owner runs his own company on site, and is always immediately responsive to any questions or concerns. I've been treated like a member of the family instead of a tenant. My goodness! What a gem of a find! I think it's the only business of its kind in Ulster County! Numerous office spaces in different sizes. Beyond state of the art technology!
