We really appreciate the service of Seyrak. When I called to join a few years ago I was extremely frustrated with Casella. The service from that phone call on has been outstanding. This week we forgot to put our trash out and my husband ran outside to put it out after the truck went by. The driver stopped on the way back and made sure to pick it up. He was SUPER kind, happy and just wonderful with customer service. You don't want to have to worry about if your trash pick up is coming or wonder when they are going to show up. With Seyrak, you never have to worry! Many thanks!

We have been very pleased with the service provided by Seyrek. They are always on time and the office staff is kind and helpful.

They were great till they charged me 25 more for gas. Found a new company. Don’t go with them. Think there is new owner or something. Told them I wanted to cancel and they told me they would pick totes up tomorrow they never came and the new company already brought new totes. Was hung up on. Horrible service lately

Been meaning to write this review for a while and our recent experience gave me no choice but to come here and talk about it! We switched from a local competitor (rhymes with BASELLA) after several bad experiences with them and we could not be HAPPIER with our choice! Seyrek has been amazing from day one. They take recycling every week instead of every other week and they are beyond accommodating (even when I wouldn't blame them if they said no to our request). They are so kind and their customer service is excellent. The guys on the truck wave and honk to my kiddos who love the action every time we see them. This past holiday weekend I was insanely overwhelmed with 2 kids and an injured husband and completely forgot to put out our bins and they CAME BACK and got them. AND they picked up a number of extra things for us with a moment's notice that we needed gone from some house projects we were doing at the last minute. UNHEARD OF when we were with the old company. I couldn't be a bigger Seyrek FAN! And I think they're family-owned and operated which gives them an even bigger leg up in my book! Thank you, Seyrek!

Switched to Seyrek after being continuously disappointed by another local trash service. Always able to get an actual person on the phone for any questions. Even able to match a competitors price when we got other qoutes. Highly recommend!

Been extremely pleased with their trash service. Best part about them is if you call them you get an actual, friendly person on the line. Not an endless automated prompt response like with waste management. Using these guys supports local businesses which is extremely important!

I would like to bring to your attention that I have encountered an issue with this particular company for the second time. The behavior of one of their staff members was exceedingly unprofessional, and when I voiced my concern over her treatment, the response I received was to solicit assistance from another employee. I strongly believe that this manner of handling customers is inappropriate and unbecoming of a company that values their clientele.

A throwback to old school customer service before big corporations owned everything. Great drivers, they always take everything don’t give me a hard time if my bins aren’t perfectly aligned to the curb, courteous customer service reps, great price, everything you wanna garbage company to be.

I’ve had Syrek for a year now and I highly recommend due to excellent customer service and collectors going above and beyond.

I’m beyond happy with my service. These guys are helpful and prompt, AND shout out to the MEN who pick up the trash, I’m usually very good about getting recycling and trash out on time but this week I was late, the men came up my driveway and brought my cans to the curb for me! They always set my cans back up nicely in driveway instead of leaving them messy in the road. LOVE SEYREK!

I switched to SEYREK after consistent negligence with a competitor. They are reasonably priced, reliable, and communicate when there's a holiday or anything else that might impact pickup times. My wife and I couldn't be happier. I would say the biggest factors for choosing them was driver availability (reliability) and automated messages (communication). While they may not have the largest recycle tote, they collect recyclables more often than some. So, if you're a tree hugger, they're a good choice!

I had an issue in my basement recently and had a ton of garbage I needed put to the curb. I called to talk about getting a dumpster and they simply said to put it to the curb. Everyone has tough things they deal with and their collectors spent 15 minutes in the snow/cold collecting this large amount of trash. So glad my neighborhood community has a contract with Seyrek.

Frank (ie) was amazing! Called him about 3-5 times with questions for the higher ups. He was patient, outgoing, beneficial to have worked with him, and he cares! You have our service! Jesus is good, God bless you!

If i could give 10 stars, I would! I use Seyrek Disposal service (I have used Seyrek for snow plow in the past, which was great, too!). Windy day here in Rochester. My recycling bin blew over, and instead of ignoring it, the employee retrieved the recycling! The other two companies I have used in the past just left everything. The service is outstanding! Very pleased and highly recommend this company! Thank you, Seyrek!

6: 31am, Eaton Rd Irondequoit and for some reason your truck driver feels the need to blow the horn. Why. This is non stop, almost every week. What’s the deal? Does his buddy live there? People have young children sleeping before school. Terrible.

These guys are phenomenal! Purchased a Hotel and the previous owner left alot of trash around the enclosure. These guys only charged me a small fee and took take of the clean up. Frank is pleasant to work with and very accomidating. Glad I picked them for my trash disposal needs. Highly recommend them over Waste Management!
