Shake Shack, New York NY

It's too bad we're at 25% capacity but the staff was really nice and we got even better service since few could sit down. Nobody was phoning it in ️

Shake Shack mushroom burger is one of the best vegetarian burgers I have had. Eating at the Shack is a night out or movie night time for us. We enjoy the service, and it's great watching the teamwork together to make your meal delicious. Shake Shack is excellent for their Shakes and not to forget their Chilie Korean Fries.

They have a really great outdoor dining. At first, I was skeptical about eating here because it was a pretty cold day but they have really good heaters. They have a lot of tables for outdoor dining but it seems like they get really busy during brunch hours so there will most likely be a wait time. The waiters are really strict about keeping your mask on when they are around. They are taking safety precautions to keep themselves and their customers safe.

It's a decent burger. But this location has very limited seating and is always crowed. I recommend going to the grand central station location instead. Plenty of seating there.

Probably not the best one but was money worth it! They surely know how to make burger

I find this place better than the one near time square because it’s of lighter traffic. One in time square is a bit over crowed when I was there last time. Staffs here are chill but friendly. Easy to find, open late I believe 11pm? I just wish their milkshake was a bit bigger because that thing costs almost $5 but you get in a small cup (and it’s damn good!)

Shake shack is a must for me anytime I visit NYC and this location didn’t disappoint. The seating is limited but I grabbed mine to go, went at lunchtime so there was a bit of a wait but they gave me a free drink for my trouble. That seems like a small thing but I hadn’t complained, I was just waiting patiently and the young lady behind the counter noticed I had been waiting awhile so I really appreciated that.

Overpriced burgers if u ask me. I'll have to try the shakes though. Apparently that's all the craze.

First time I went to this SS location it was packed. Line up everywhere but SO WORTH IT! Cant get a good quality hamburger like this in Montreal.

This east side location is really popular for weekday office crowd but plenty busy on weekends also. Narrow space with limited seating. Expect 10 min waits for seating after you order. However, in the summer this location has an adjacent public seating space next door. Close to M101 buses and nearby 6 train.

Shake shack is always amazing. I was taking my sister for the first time ever since she’s from California and we had to compare it to in n out (very different so don’t hate on in n out!) anyway we are vegetarian so we had the shroom burger which is delicious as they take a mushroom (which normally I don’t like but love this) and they stuff it with cheese and then they bread and deep fry the stuffed mushroom. That’s your party and then lettuce tomatoes and special sauce! It’s to die for! Definitely recommend!
