Shake Shack, Garden City NY

I went there two days in a row both days they screwed up the orders both days.and it wasn't very clean

Chicken Sandwich, Burger and Fries are consistently excellent. Their various lemonades and fruit drinks have the right balance of tangy, sweet and light tastes. I enjoy sitting in their outdoor patio. Also, the table delivery service is a nice touch. Folks, give the souls that deliver the food to your table a tip, I always do and they appreciate it a lot. Excellent and high quality food, where you can't go wrong! Highly recommended!

It’s Shake Shack - with all the pros and cons you come to expect from the chain. In my opinion, it’s fantastic burgers, delicious fries and great milkshakes. This place does it just like hoped for.

Waiting times are a bit long, though you can put in your order ahead of time via app. Prices are not cheap, but it’s the same as everywhere. The place was a little dirty but tolerable, especially with the large amount of outdoor seating it offers.

Waiting more than 30 min to get order.
They didn’t make order before i tell them.
They said it is usual.

I wait my food for half hour, everyone behind was leaved. I tried to ask the waiter, their attitude were so bad.

Great experience. Their chicken sandwich is amazing and the sauce on the sandwich makes it even better and their fries are better than chick fil A. Great service also. The line moved fast. I am definitely going there again

Whenever I see a Shake Shack, I try to make it a priority to eat there. Food is amazing and so are the shakes. Recommend to everyone.

Food took too long. Also what was advertised was not what was received. Fries were cold. Chicken bites were too tiny and no sauce was given with the tiny bites.

Sometimes you need to change it up between Smash Burger, Five Guys and Shack, and the Double smoke, cheese fries and single shack rarely disappoint.

First time here. Was not crowded and they brought food to table.
Was surprised at the quality of food.
Liked it.
Weekends hard to get in?
But will return middle of week.

LOVE it here! Food taste like it's straight from the grill and i don't get that disgusting greasy feeling after eating. Their shack sauce is delicious! I love their cheesy bacon fries! Milkshakes are great. A bit on the pricey side but it's good quality food! It's also so fast. I went at 10pm and it was PACKED with people and i got my food in minutes! They bring it to you and staff is always friendly and patient. Love this place

Shack shack makes a good burger. I enjoy all types of burgers, they all have flavor profiles and I like to mix it up. They use the smash method - lots of crust on the outside. I know that's not for everyone. Fries are well cooked, crusty on the outside & fluffy on the inside. You can't go wrong with their shakes. My favorite, Vanilla, is loaded with flavor. Shack shack in Westbury has plenty of seating both indoors & out. After you order they bring the food to your table. It's worth the wait.

Very nice place with delicious burgers, just very busy and the waiting time its between 15 to 25 minut, very easy parking.
I gave 1 star because they forgot to put all my order in the bag, after I got home I found that some things where missing.

If you have never been to Shake Shack, put down the phone or the laptop and get there ASAP. Amazing burgers oh, fantastic fries, and the shakes are beyond amazing. What more is there to say

Absolutely great, stood in line for about 5 mins and decided to start an online pick-up at the shelf order and got food within 10 mins.great sms notification service.i'm sure it would have taken 10+ mins just to get to the counter to order, so very pleased with this option and food was delicious.

Overpriced, under delivered. Don't understand the hype. Mediocre burgers couldn't taste the "Apple Smoked" bacon or cherry peppers. One and done. Never again.
