8What else is there to say? Best burgers on the planet, and the Shackmeister ale is also wicked! A few of the staff members complimented me on my green mirror lensed Ray-Bans. This place is always buzzing!
Pretty solid for the price. Disappointed they use crinkle fries, which I don’t think are great. Nice place to people watch and hangout in the park.
Ridiculous. Prepare yourself for a wait. All you do here is wait. Wait 15 min to get to the cashier and another 15 min waiting for the food. No matter what time it is- it’s time to wait.
And the usual excuse: understaffed. Apparently they’re understaffed for the past 12 months.
Decent burger for a good price and in a nice environment! If there is one Shack Shack store to go to, it’s this one!
A lot of customers, but yet I would still call it FAST food - the well oiled machine was pretty fast and I didn’t wait too long. Burger and Shake were good, just as expected.
However: my Cheese Fries came rather soggy, like they had been sitting in the sauce for a while already.
On the plus-side: perfect mask-discipline.
Serene spot inside the park! Burger was tasty and the shake, in my opinion, is bit much (best shared).
Great vanilla milkshakes but very slow service for a NYC fast food spot. Don't go if you're in a hurry to catch a train/bus because you will miss your ride lol. Nonetheless, my friends and I all ordered shakes and agreed they were delicious!
Chicken bites, cheeseburgers, and cheese fries were amazing and the service was great and friendly! Can't wait to visit again!
