Shake Shack, Brooklyn NY

They took 35 minutes to get my food and it turns out they forgot it even after I told them they probably forgot it.this place also forgot my chicken bites last time. I hate it here.

My name is Yasmine Fitzpatrick and and I was by the store on Flatbush Avenue and made an order. I only ordered a burger with lettuce tomatoes and mustard and an order of fries. It took 45 minutes for me to get my order and they still got it wrong. I'm allergic to cheese I don't eat it and they put it on my burger anyway. So sorry I even went there!

What's not to love about The Shack? I always feel good eating their meat because I know they were rated #1 for quality.

Terrible experience. Ordered online for pick up; order was incorrect. Returned order and it took them 20 minutes to remake it and guess what? Order was still wrong. Quadruple check your food before leaving this place. Sad to say there was no apology for inconvenience as I completely wasted my lunch break standing there. I’ve been to shake shack before but this was abysmal. I’d recommend going to the other locations if you can.

It seems like this location is ran by all teenagers that have not been trained correctly. Ordering pick up here from any food service app is a nightmare. The workers bringing out your orders are rude and condescending. If you enjoy Shake shack then I recommend you go to another location. This is not it!

Top notch food experience. Working through covid is no easy task but they are helpful, quick and efficient making your food ordering experience a great one.

Really chill when Barclays is not having an event. Although, lots of high schoolers frequent this location after school. Wouldn't recommend dining there between 3-5 PM on weekdays unless you do not mind the chaos.

The team are so quick making an order. I haven't try the food but my friend did. She loves seating and eating there.

Taste ok, but way too expensive. All items are sold separately so you can't get a meal as other fast food chains. I spent $30 for regular burger, fries and and drinks for my daughter and I. If you have a vast amount of disposable income then this may be your go to joint.

Burgers are made fresh. Grade A beef. The bread literally melts in your mouth. Their shakes are DELICIOUS!

Every time I go there it is jam-packed takes awhile to get the order that was ordered earlier. All and all it is awesome

Food is good. Never cared for the high prices though.no parking at this location. They keep it freezing inside' my group rushed just bc it was unbareable.

Way Over priced food for a very small portion. I could get a whole dinner meal for how much one small burger costs here.

When you're craving Shake Shack there is no substitute. And every Shake Shack has the same quality of food and service. The fried chicken sandwich is delicious, but the fried mushroom and the classic burger are obviously the best

Food is just ok. Very small portions. Bathroom is horrible. The best thing about them is the buzzer they give you so you know when your order is ready.

Pulled up on this spot for a quick chicken sandwich and it’s always on point. Side of fries with a side of cheese and I’m golden.

Your typical shake shack, can't really go wrong. Service was quite slow however and burgers were slightly burnt.

Ohhhhhhhh the cheese fries are amazing and the strawberry milkshakes. To bad there’s not one near where I live!

Burger was great, fries sucked. It's way too expensive and there're no combo meals. The meal isn't fulling at all. I ordered a burger, fries and a drink for my gf and myself and it costed us $24. Those were all small btw.

Awesome burgers, one of the best i've ever eaten in a "fast food" place. They also had amazing drinks. This all at a completely reasonable price, while not super cheap, still quite reasonable: 9$ for a burger, and 3$ for a drink
