Shake Shack, Queens NY

Staff were rude and got mad at me for returning an order that they could not have gotten more wrong. Abysmal customer service

Ordered a milk shake. The staff was sloppy and everybody was sweating. I know its tough working in a kitchen in summers but didn't wanna order after seeing them. They were so unprofessional and slow. Ordered a milkshake and it was so bad. Sorry but don't have a good thing to say.

Sadly this place came up as the highest reviewed restaurant at JFK Terminal 4. I paid $16 and got a large watered-down lemonade and what appeared to be a kid-sized chicken burger that was paper thin and overcooked. There is a long wait and it is not at all worth it. I do not recommend.

Expensive and terrible burger. The meat was dry and burnt, completely self-service with no service at all.

The self-ordering kiosk system is the most idiotic system for Shakeshavk to use. The system is badly designed, which is then compounded a million-fold by the fact that random travelers have absolutely no idea how to navigate it. The average time users spent at the kiosk was close to 5 minutes. An employee would've done the same order in maybe 30 seconds? This meant there was a 30 minute line to a restaurant who had idle workers, as the orders were coming in so slow. They must be losing an enormous amount of money because of this inane ploy they thought would save them labor costs. Profoundly stupid.

Shake Shack needs to fail. Who hires all these people who neither look or care to be in any way interested in what they do. The letter of attitude you get from the employees at any of the Shack Shacks, makes you regret your decision to eat food at one of those.

On the other hand, their burgers have gotten somehow better. Fml

Computer ordering was hard to read and hard to find coffee. No person to help or order from.

Extremely rude staff! More worried about eating food and playing on there phone than helping
customers. Extremely dirty as well

Super slow. One self-order kiosk. Other one broken / out of printer paper. No employees taking orders. Working employees moving at a snail’s pace.

Great meal for the airport. Burger was fresh and the fries were hot. My first Shake Shack experience and I was pleased. Tasty!

International airport branch and simply we dont have ketchup! What a joke of cheap quality American service provided, nothing beats Dubai

Overpriced. Portions are tiny. “Cheese fries” means fries with a cup of sauce. Staff is understandably cranky. No place to sit and eat.

This place gave us food poisoning and ruined our trip so I'd totally stay away. I should had known based on how rude they acted. I'm definitely reporting them to the health department.

Ready to wait for more than 15min for a cheese burger? That’s the right place to go! Terrible service, not friendly staff! If you are not happy about it, do not complain… ask your money back… much better options around!

A bit of a wait if you are used to the fast service of Mac deez but the food / burger is one the best burgers I've had

They no longer have gluten-free bread, the only option is to order the sandwich without the bread and the chips are contaminated since they use the same fryer.
It's a shame because it was very good and the other shake shacks have maintained the option of gluten free buns.
