Shake Shack, New York NY

I had the opportunity to try this restaurant about a week ago, and it was well worth it because the food is truly outstanding. This restaurant comes highly recommended from me.

Staff, Food Quality, Taste everything was super good. They offered us free cup of icecream too.

Fries were fresh and extra crispy, (ordered bacon cheese fries), I appreciate that they put the cheese and bacon into two separate containers. I also got the chicken bites, can't lie.best chicken I've had in a while.this was my first time trying this place ever.

Excellent but expensive burgers
How to get a free meal? American express offers $15 Uber credit to card members each month. I use it for UberEats. Order and pick up will save both delivery and service fees.

Customers waiting on long line did not get assistance. There was no reason why it took an extra long time for a manager and staff member to come and take orders after ruining lunch for several customers.

First time in NY & West, the manager, made my trip memorable. Who says New Yorkers are rude? Not true here.

You can decide of you want to eat this or not but i chose not to.it was great until i got to the middle and this is all i took out.there was a VERY much RAW part and it almost made me throw up. I would get plain fries cause that cheese they put on the fries is disgusting.

This was suggested to us as the best place in NYC to get a burger. And so on a rainy/snowy day, we decided to get shelter in a Shake Shack. And we're glad we did. Despite it being very busy, we were able to queue, order, and received the food pretty quickly. Great chips, great burgers, definitely a must for any fast food afficionados.

Because of the location, this Shake Shack is extremely crowded during lunch time and almost impossible to find a seat.

I love shake shack. The shake stack burger is the best! Sometimes this place is a little crowded, so you really have to work hard to get a seat/table.

Burger was ok I don't get the hype. The shake was very good I will give them that. I much prefer 5 guys or in n out over this. I'm glad I tried it but I will probably never have it again.

This place certainly lived up to the hype. The burgers tasted great, the buns were incredibly fresh, and the vanilla shake was very tasty as well.

My service was 5 stars but my cousins was a 1 so I'll meet in the middle. They gave his order away and made him stand there 20 minutes and didn't even apologize. I ate my food by the time he got his. Place was packed

It was Good but too expensive. There is no place to sit. We had to wait 15 minutes. Would not rato there again.

Straight up one of the best burgers I've had. Chocolate malted shake was also amazing and the fries were wayyyy better than I thought. Wish I tried them with cheese sauce, they were amazingly crispy!

Needs to have more chairs. Some customers will just stand behind or beside you while you juat started eating. Can't enjoy my meal.

Incredibly busy pretty much anytime of day. Their cheese fries get the job done if you're hungry, but nothing home to really write about. Their pickup line is very crowded and almost unorganized. Your buzzer buzzes, but then you have to wait another 5 minutes or so before you can actually get your food.

DELICIOUS! It cannot be describe! Just the food can be small but very filling. Hmm Hmm Hmm. Even though I am very full but I want some more.
