Shake Shack Battery Park City, New York NY

I love shake shack, it’s been one of my tops, i know the food is really good but service is not too good and found a hair in my food, i totally lost my appetite. They gotta be more careful nobody wants a hair in their food.

Good burger, good shake. 1 portion of shake absolutely enough for a person:) double chocolate shake highly recommended.

The burgers are delicious although the size is not large.
We were lucky that when we arrived it was quiet after there were more people and quite a lot of noise at some tables.

For people who like this type of food it is good, the hamburgers are very good, but the service or type of service for the order makes it slow. You have to wait a lot.

Very disappointed. For $50+ I got a cold single cheeseburger, cold fries, and melted ice cream
everywhere! WHAT I PAID FOR was a Chicken Shack, single shack burger, Two double cups of ice cream, and a large 50-50 drink. Expensive, sure. But usually worth it. BUT NOT TONIGHT.

When you try these burgers you no longer want McDonald's, that would be the perfect definition, they are delicious, yes, they are also more expensive than McDonald's, but like everything in New York.

Update: it is indeed the worst. It should not take 30 minutes to get an order of three burgers.

Might be the worst Shake Shack in the business. Always slow, quality is not up to their usual standards, and what broke me is this Bacon Avocado burger (as an aside, I ordered the chicken but got the burger.) One sad piece of avocado? And overcooked bacon? Bleh.

Ordered for delivery.late and added tip without my knowledge. Also food was cold and very dried.uck.forgot add on condiments as well.

I might die at 50, but I would die happy. Delicious food and fantastic shakes. Tripple Chocolate Brownie is amazing

Staff were more interested in conversations between themselves than serving customers and keeping the restaurant clean

This place is a total mess. They don’t call out web orders, there is no clear line for pickups, ketchup dispenser is broken, milkshake was warm. Don’t waste your time here except if you are desperate.

I always stop in to eat at Shake Shack before going to the movies. I honestly feel I get more for my dollar. The restaurant was a bit disorganized, I didn't know if it was a kiosk or serving at the counter. I couldn't find a number to use for my table. The employees must have been short staff. They didn't seem happy. Nonetheless, they were efficient in getting your food directly to your table. If you're going to go, try to get there before it gets busy.

No complaints from me about the food. The place was not clean and the employees did not even tried to keep the place clean. Trashcans were overflowed with trash, tables were dirty and the floors were not clean. Food and empty cups were all over the floor. Employees just walked by and no sense of awareness for keeping the place clean.

So ridiculously slow for 1 burger. Seems understaffed or something. Very disappointing to wait more than 30 minutes and the place isn’t busy.

When this place first opened, I remember the lines were always so long. I'm not sure how it is right now. There were many families with kids, dogs, and I remember seeing a pet rabbit once. Lovely location, walks away from the water.

Order on Tablet at night. The burger is tiny but very delicious. A little on the pricy side but very tasteful. Would eat here again. This area is safe. Washrooms are clean. Lots of people here at night. I would highly recommend this place if you’re in the area. Walkable distance from World Trade Center Hotels.

The food at this place is pretty good. The burger has very delicious meat, although the prices are not cheap for the type of food it is.
It is usually very busy and you have to wait a lot, at least the one I was at Wallstreet where you had to be careful to place your order once you paid because either they didn't name you or they missed preparing it but due to the volume of orders.

Food sat under lamps waiting for clerk to do morning side work. After got his attention walked away still working on side task. Later getting sandwich that pointed earlier. But now bun hard from heat lamps.
