Shake Shack Cross County, Yonkers NY

A welcome variety selection of foods. Staff is friendl The environment is clean. I love the strawberry shake can't wait to try a few other Food items.

Order through another platform form and they forgot an item not the first time but definitely my last time.

I went there on Sunday, 09/24/2023 and paid $52.94 only to get home with kids in tow and heavy rain and to discover that my food was cold and the order was wrong! I ordered 3 Shake Shack burgers and asked the cashier to add pickles and onions to these burgers in addition to the regular toppings it comes with. Well, I guess the person making the burgers did not pay attention to details and eliminated all of the toppings for these 3 burgers and just added bread, the meat, pickles and onions…. NO Other toppings that the Shake Shack burger was supposed to have and I paid about $8 per burger. What a rip off! The 2 fries I bought were ice cold! I would have driven the order back to them, but I didn’t want to take the kids out again in heavy rain. Such a disappointment and don’t plan to go back. For the prices you pay, they should pay attention to details better. We would have been better off going to McDonalds!

Located in the Cross County shopping center, there's plenty of parking. I visited during lunchtime and they had plenty of staff. There was also alot of to-go and order pick ups, so you'd have to wait, even if it seems like there aren't many customers. This location has outdoor seating. Table service for eating in. Staff was also cleaning the dining area, another plus in my eyes. Main items are the burgers and fries and of course shakes. The burgers are good, hand made, not frozen patties. Good quality ingredients. Worth a try.

Did take out. My order was correct. Not much to really say if you've been to shake shack before.

We used to love Shake Shack in NYC, but we had 2 terrible experiences with delivery from the Yonkers restaurant and it was impossible to get through to the management to fix the orders. A shame that such a popular place can't hire enough staff to answer the phone. Food was cold both times, and 1/2 the order was missing today from delivery. In person service may be fine, but we'll never know.

It took Too long to get my, when I got it it was the wrong one but not just that, the sandwich smell bad, this place used to be good.

Every time I come here, everybody is always friendly. Food is always fresh and good atmosphere is awesome.

An ok, but not great, Shake Shack location.
The Shack burger was good, but soggy.
Service is amateurish and sloppy.
The table areas were dirty and not policed for new visitors.
The Hartsdale location is much better.

They put something in my shake like Spit in I think. Cause I took one before I gave it to him. And it was a Sip little spicy, something weird taste afterwards.and the fries Had black stuff were so horrible. I throw the whole thing. Way i Spend 23 for for my child. To go in the trashed.

Their chicken bites are very moist and tender, the crinkle-cut fries are good plus the vanilla shake make it a great meal to have at Shake Shack! Service was good when I visited

First time I went, the food was pretty good. The wait is longer than normal even for fast food.

Place was packed and not enough tables to eat. However the food was great and I loved the pomegranate lemonade I had.

Overpriced mediocre food with a crowd that is low-class. And the slobs who eat there dump all their trash in the parking lot and the store & mall does nothing to keep it clean.

Gabriel is great and provided excellent customer service! Every employee at the Cross County location is very nice.
