Fantastic burgers, great guys always with a smile. It's a shame there isn't WIFI, in fact one of the few local8s where it isn't available

Super slow service; cashiers with attitude fighting with customers over complaints.

The batter on the chicken fell off when I grabbed a piece. Seemed like their frying oil hadn't been changed for a while, so fries looked sad and had a bitter aftertaste.

Sensational burgers at a fair price! If you're in NY and want Burger King and the like, you should go to Shake Shack!

They did not have shakes, the bathroom was appalling, the beer was warm (from a cooler by the register), and their burgers are nothing special.

The food is amazing and I'm annoyed it isn't close to where I life, but the place itself wasn't that clean and the table service with the numbers doesn't work as good as with other fastfood places

This shake shack is open later relative to the stores in the area. Fast ordering via the app but took around 10 minutes to get my order despite not having many customers around.

Very nice store with a grrat view of downtown brooklyn. Burger and fries and a shake are very good. A little pricey but worth it.

Great staff, but the burger was a bit tasteless. The meat is good, the bun was nice, but it lacked some flavor.

The food is great. The staff is courteous and friendly. Shake Shack has dine in, take out and delivery. A nice place to visit for a bite to eat

Last week I ordered a burger with no sauce and they put sauce on the burger, this week I ordered an avocado bacon cheese burger and it came back to me with no avocado.its annoying because they take a long time to make your food, and you'd think in all that time they could pay attention and get the order right, but I guess not.

I love the establishment… was eating there daily… I could give five stars across the board…. But the management, a woman … just poisons the air … clouding the beautiful stars that should be highlighted Sorry, and not intended towards the other great people who work there.

We were starving after a busy morning running errands and were excited when we saw a Shake Shack nearby. Went in and put in a pretty simple order (2 shroom burgers, 3 fries, 2 drinks and a shake), with only two customers ahead of us and an almost empty dining area. Twenty minutes go by and still no food, meanwhile a good 8 or so people have come in and all are receiving their orders — yet no acknowledgement of the delay from the staff until I nicely flag one of them, who tells me it’s coming out next. (It wasn’t next.) I decide to order a hotdog for our 3-year-old from the kiosk (we’re all getting hangry and sharing our burgers with him isn’t going to cut it at this point). The hotdog comes out 3 minute later, but still not our main order. Finally, 30 minute in we get our meal, the tables all full around us with most of the customers who came in much later than us already enjoying their food. Our order itself tasted great, but at this point we were beyond hungry and eating out of desperation. Worst $60 ever spent. I don’t know what was up with the staff — we remained polite in spite of the slow service.

This place is the best. They're extremely helpful patient. The food is good and they really go out of their way to accommodate customers. I ordered wrong here and they fixed it, no problem, is a breather of fresh air.

The White Cashier Guy Was Very Helpful To Me And My Family And He Deserves A Raise And I Would Even Recommend Him For A Manager Position Because His Customer Service Skills Are Amazing

Food is generally good, but our last customer service experience was horrendous. Unhelpful, rude interactions - clearly this shack doesn't care about the customer.

I heard about the avocado burger. It was too salty. I don't remember have taste the avocado. Take something else.

Everytime my order is wrong. Last day I waste my time and money. These kids just giggle all day long not serious.

Shake shake has lost its pizazz. There is nothing special about it anymore. The food isn't that great and just average. The fries taste frozen and the burgers are dry. No thanks for a $20 burger.
