Shake Shack Meatpacking District, New York NY

Was there yesterday. My chicken sandwich was wrong (I asked for just cheese on my sandwich.it came with sauce and lettuce on it) so they made me another one no problem. Ate half of it, didn’t taste right when I got to the middle it seemed raw so I just stopped. Few hours later violently throwing up for 6 hours. Food poisoning! Chicken wasn’t cooked all the way. Never eating shake shack again!

I love shake shack but this location is the worst.i’ve been all over the country and this is the only one i’ve ever had issues with, but they continue to do a bad job time and time again.food is almost always late and cold.burgers tend to be overcooked/burnt while the fries lean towards undercooked soft cold potato sticks.this location is a continuous disappointment and i go out of my way to a farther Shake Shack because every time I cave and go here, I regret it. I hope they can turn it around but it’s been like this for me since August.

Where to start the food isn't that good and it's over priced like seriously 22 bucks for a burger, fries and drink. Even the shakes are expensive and they aint that good. Plus the customer services isn't that great either won't recommend it to anyone.

Was looking forward to this moment and it completely met my expectations. We had fries with cheese and it was amazing. The burger was very tasty and the ingredients were delicious.
The place was lovely and clean, including the bathroom that was perfectly clean.

Love shake shack. Food is always fresh and delicious. Whenever I have the money I'm there!

Usual shake shack fare. Chicken sandwich was made fresh and tasty! We sat outside area was clean.

Last 3 times have been disappointing! Why do I keep trying but today was last straw I'm done ️ HAIR IN MY FOOD.

Underneath the 14th Street entrance to the High Line is probably the best looking Shake Shack I've ever seen. The extensive use of glass lets in a lot of natural light giving this place a nice vibe. The food as always was good.

Very clean and efficient. Nice bright space and good alternative to the otherwise expensive neighborhood. Ryncin works the floor and is incredibly kind and keeps the place spotless— give this man an award!

Ryngin had a great attitude and provided excellent customer service. He is going above and beyond to serve each customer.
