Shake Shack New Hyde Park

I ordered food an hour ago and not once did anybody working there call out my name when the order came out. It might have been ten minutes ago and I wouldn't have gotten a call out. Since I ordered from the app, I should have gotten a text message telling me that it was ready, and that didn't happen either.

Food is good but waited 30 mins for mobile pickup along with other angry customers. Employees didn't seem to even care this was happening to customers either. Why tell us order is ready to pickup when it's clearly not ready?

Delicious! My father and I both love to eat here at Shake Shack. The drinks are amazing, the burgers are even more amazing. The meat is high-quality ground beef, and the vegetables in the burger are fresh clean. I 100% recommend it to you guys.

This is probably one of their best stores by far. The customer service is great, the pick up time is super accurate, their efficiency is unmatched in the chains of Shake Shacks around New York. The parking lot is huge and indoor seating is available.

This is my first time I brought my husband to the Shake Shack. My husband ordered a chicken shack. This was a very disappointing food item. The sandwich was small and the piece of chicken even smaller. This was more like a chicken snack! No bigger than a slider and for $7.49 it's just not worth the purchase. We ordered fries and again its a kid size fries which each fry was $3.25. The hot dog I ordered was nice but the bun was dry. What Shake Shack lacked in food preparation and presentation, they made up in taste. The establishment was clean and the staff friendly which created a nice customer experience. I give this place a score of 2 because there needs to be improvements in portion and presentation. The portion needs to match the price. For a total price of 29 dollars I'm leaving hungry and unsatisfied. Save yourself a trip and head on over to Popeyes now that's a real chicken sandwich!

Went for a simple order 2 burgers, 2 fries. Was done incorrectly. I went back to the register to pay for another burger and pretty much I had to explain myself about 5 times to five different people. No one is still getting what I’m saying. Finally got my order right, I appreciate the assistance but I had to wait another 5 minutes, extremely disorganized, I don’t know if there’s a manager and if there is the team needs better training. There’s a lobby person, blonde, older woman. Needs manners, doesn’t wear her mask and kept touching my food and telling me what she thinks I order instead of what I actually ordered, I use to love this location. Will not be returning.

Double shack burger is the best amongst all other fast food joints. Shakes are really good as well, try the chocolate birthday cake

Of the only 2 times I picked up an order here, they were both wrong. Shake shack doesn't taste so great that cold, thanks to waiting extra long for them to prepare the corrected part of the order.

Great place to eat the atmosphere is relax and open. The food is great along with the staff very nice. I like the fact that there's something new on the menu every 3 months they change it up and there chocolate shakes are the best.

I went here to get some lunch and first of all, it was crowded and there was little social distance. That didn’t bother me much though because many people are vaccinated and that’s what you see when you go out to eat. Secondly, I paid more than needed for an average burger and got absolutely scammed. There was only half a chicken in my chicken sandwich, and in the regular shack burger the patty was so thin and burned it was barely edible.

This place has a terrible ordering system. You order your meal items on one line then have to wait on a rather long line for them to make the standard food. I ordered a Shack Burger which is a basic cheeseburger and a Shake (malted). The burger was good, it was quite thin. It was tasty but it was not really filling being such a thin piece of meat, even thinner than McDonald's. The shake wasn't shaken enough and I kept getting globs of undissolved malt powder as I tried to drink it. It certainly wasn't worth the long wait to get it. Afterwards it left a very sour taste in my mouth. Very average burger, below average shake.

5 people cooking, 1 on the register, 3 people doing take out orders (gossiping amongst each other of course), 7-8 orders sitting on the counter waiting to be handed out, a restaurant full of people staring at the show of slow moving take out orders, no names being called out. You just have to wait until they finally put them on the shelves and hope people don’t cheat the honor system of taking their own orders.

I asked for my milkshakes that cost like 6 dollars for the small size before my food. Because the place was packed and I'd rather not wait in there, they told me 20 minutes and that they would not give me my shake separately. I didn't complain or argue. I went to bath and body works (where my car was parked) and came back 15 minutes later. When I came in I waited on the recipient line. A worker noticed me and asked my name then proceeded to show me a small bag with 2 cups of milk by that time. I was so upset that I wasted money like that. When. I got in the car I opened the sandwich and hamburger to find that they were cold and dry. Do yourself a favor and learn to cook, its not hard. Its kinda fun and you can always test yourself and develop your skills over your lifetime.as you'll always be eating.

Not sure what’s going on lately but each time I order cheese fries with cheese on the side but I always got the cheese on the fries.

This is the only Shake Shack that has a veggie burger. The veggie burger is very good. I wish other locations would have it too because it's the only thing I eat. Sometimes they mess up takeout so make sure to check your items before you leave.

I was so excited to eat here for the first time ever, cashier was super sweet and quick. As I had to wait 10 mins for my food, even tho orders that were ordered after me was served, I still was excited I didn’t even mind the wait. Fries was amazing, but unfortunately I found a hair on my bacon and my burger wasn’t fully cooked. If there was an option on how you wanted your burger prepped, then I wasn’t advised.

Ordered a hamburger and fries via the app. Food was tasty, fresh and ready relatively quickly for pickup. I like that they have a designated area for pickup orders and an employee overseeing that area. Place was very clean too. I notice they have clear screens/dividers between the booths. Very COVID conscious. Employees were friendly and professional.

Open seating with guards in between. One staff member is handling all orders with gloves and mask. Food is good as always

This is an update review, today me and my wife ordered a few cheese burgers a chicken sandwich and a veggie burger from this particular shake shack location. She had a cheese burger, remind you the cheese burger is $7.00.my wife's burger was raw not done at all, not even medium rare, it was horrible and a waste of our money for a raw burger.

This is a shame because people can get sick from eating un cooked food. She then tried the veggie burger that was below mediocre, this is unacceptable for shake shack restaurant staff over there. They are usually better than that.some one needs to check into who is cooking the food over there.

This has to be one of the best shake shack that I have been to the decor of the restaurant is awesome looking. The food was really good, I ordered the extra hot chicken bites with honey mustard, I got 20 of those. I also had some of there crinkle cheese fries, which were great, and a classic shake shack cheese burger.now let me tell you how hot the extra hot chicken bites were really hot they definitely had a kick to them, seasoned just right and spicy as hell. The staff was nice and friendly the restaurant was nice and spacious, and you can dine in. So this is definitely a top notch shake shack over at, lake success shopping center.don't forget they have inside dining.
