Shake Shack Oceanside

Best burgers are from the Shake Shack. I'm glad this restaurant is here there are only pizzerias everywhere at least we have a shake shack

I had no idea a Shake Shack opened up in Oceanside. I always go to the one in Garden City. Well, I had to go to Amazon Fresh to return a package, saw it passing by, and decided to get food for myself and my family. I ordered on the app and waited until I got the “food is almost ready, head inside” text to go in. I was expecting it to be like Garden City where someone is posted at the takeout bag stand and calls out your name then gives you your food but no one was there. They just put your food on the stand and walkaway. Every time a bag came out all the people waiting would gather around to see if it was their food which was annoying. When I finally got my food, I checked to make sure everything was in there and it was. The food was fresh and good. Actually tasted better than Garden City. My family all loved their food and even asked for Shake Shack again the next day which I went back and got. The takeout setup was the same but it wasn’t packed like the first time I went as you can see in the pictures. So when the food was put on the stand, the cashier ran over and read the name and gave to me. I would definitely recommend this location.

Ordered food for pickup, received the text that it was almost available, and then waited almost 20 minutes, and my bag never came out. Perhaps somebody took my bag by mistake, which is understandable, but I stood at the register for almost 10 minutes to ask an employee, but nobody even looked up. When somebody finally acknowledged me, it was a very cold interaction. Got my food, and they forgot bacon and avocado on my bacon avocado burger? Fortunately, I always check in the restaurant so I could get that fixed. I get that mistakes happen, but how you handle it is what's important.

I ordered a burger and fries and the fries had green spots on them.this place is disgusting and I will never go back, also the short man manager is rude and nasty he needs to quit if he doesn’t want to be there.

I had the non-dairy chocolate shake and it was actually delicious. Their burgers are pretty damn good too. New place so it's nice and clean.

Tonight the food was so salty it was not edible. We had to throw it out. The shake was delicious.

Tried this location for the first time. They forgot to give me sauce for nuggets and the nuggets were so greasy when you went ro pick them off the breading fell off. Also order a new spicy burger and they gave me a regular burger. Took about 15 minutes just to get my food so definitely won't be back to this location

The girl at Oceanside was dumb and clueless will not go no more ps i asked hamburger I got was a chicken sandwich

I was surprised that I really didn't like the food. We waited longer than expected, and I had to ask for someone to track the order we placed their. The burgers, 2 veggies, and 2 regular were kinda small and not great tasting by any measure. The buns were limp, and it's not like it's cheap, it's not. I really wanted to like it, and the 3 other people felt the same way. They had plenty of staff, but it still took a lot longer than it probably should have. Well, at least we tried it

I really like shake shack.mostly just for the milkshakes but the chicken bites are really good too.i wish they had a 4 piece instead of a 6 though

This was a pickup order.
My requests were not met, for the two orders, of veggie burgers.
Items were missing, and other non-requested items were included.
The food was not at all tasty.
My husband was equally dissatisfied.
We will not patronize this restaurant again.

Charged me $8.49 for a chicken tender on a bun. When I inquired with the "manager" if this was the normal size of the chicken she looked at me, said "yes" and walked away. Good job Shake Shack with putting out consistent "quality".
The cashier taking orders was filthy, I didn't want to be rude and take a picture of him, in hindsight I should have as that should have been the first indication that this was going to be an absolute disaster.
The dining area was extremely loud, I couldn't hear my daughter or have a normal conversation over the blaring music. The table tops were all covered in crumbs from previous patrons. This experience really changed my mind about patronizing Shake Shack as a whole in the future, and I always go the one in Westbury and JFK and FLL.

Me and my coworkers all together had 4 orders placed online for pickup. Each order was missing items and these weren’t big extravagant orders (not to mention it wasn’t particularly busy when I walked in). None of us will being going back unless there’s nothing else open and we can’t find anywhere else with a bathroom.

Download the app and order in advance. This place gets very busy during dinner time, and ordering ahead for the family will realy save on the wait time.

If not, make sure to use the self check out counters, as you will see people avoid using them and instead wait online to order.

If there is a line, and a self check out is open, go straight to it.

First time here and it was absolutely delicious!

So excited that we now have shake shack! Had late lunch today and it was so good. Shack Burger and spicy fries. Will be back soon, it's really fun, service is fast and friendly and they have both indoor and outdoor seating. And delicious burgers of course. Welcome, shake shack!

Great location, close to home, no need to go to Garden City. Ordered Shack Stack - perfectly done! Attentive, helpful staff. Keep it up!
