Always love their chicken burger. Tried the mushroom burger as well, it had a very good mushroom flavor but had a lot of cheese stuffed inside. You can dine indoors if you show proof of vaccination. Expect a bit of a wait for your food as they are often very busy.

Whomever was working the delivery line/mobile orders today 1/3/2021 at 1pm deserves a raise and a promotion.
The mobile app selected a location that was not on 86th Street. I placed my order without noticing this. The young lady was able to prep my order nonetheless.
Crisis with kids averted.

Shake shack your cheese burger are excellent and delicious and always wearing your mask keeping safe for other thank you for doing excellent work

They allow indoor dining! The space was big, the service was friendly. And they made food quick. We had a good time.

More than half the delivery order was forgotten and the rest that arrived was wrong in some respect.

Usually good, but this time cold fries, half a bun missing, and recycling that can be improved. Please

I went there 8 years ago and had a better memory of it than what I experienced today. Still good but not great

Crowded but they turn over very quickly. Cleaned lmmediatly after each customer leaves. Helpful assisting with pickup of take out

My burger was rare and I asked for well done so I gave it back. They gave me another so. It was delish! A gentleman was walking around cleaning and doing small meaningful deeds and asking if we all were ok. 5for him. Thank you sir. East 86st

It can get crowded here as in any Shake Shack. It took about 10 minutes to complete my order of 2 burgers and fries. The quality of the offering remain consistently good.

Went yesterday but it's closed? Online said it was open. Wanted to get the Klay Tray before the offer expired yesterday and now can't.

We went around 3pm on a Thursday and it was packed. Our order was taken and the staff was unprofessional. Service was like waffle house or something. Food was left on counter to be picked up but staff did not indicate whose food it was. Food was okay but service could be better.

It was okay, there was no ranch and no parmasean on my Black Truffle fries.
My chicken bites were super small but customer service was great. 86st needs to get on board with the other stores in the shake shack chain.

One of my favourite places to have lunch and dinner, especially because they have a large outdoor dining area to hang out around.

Great burgers and shakes, lot of outdoor seating as well as indoor and nice staff.

We had the chicken shack and the shack stack (cheeseburger and shroom burger patties) and both were pretty good. The Chicken shack while more expensive than McDonald's felt more tasty to me, but Chick-fil-A chicken burger is slightly better.

We also had the black and white shake which was quite good and they allowed us to split it into two cups to share it.
