Shake Shack Upper West Side, New York NY

Shake Shack is always wonderful, as everyone knows, but this is about giving the crew a shout-out. At approximately 2: 00 pm on Saturday, August 12, there was a snarl of people pressed together in the foyer.

Although it was impossible to arrange everyone in a neat line, the personnel performed a fantastic job of arranging us all. Conflict will inevitably arise in a high-pressure setting like that, and the manager, I assume, immediately put an end to a small commotion that occurred in the kitchen. Without losing her cool, she calmly corrected everyone, and the machine continued to run. Well done

The food is good. The service is fast. There is not much space in the place to sign up to eat, but people don't stay long to eat and with a little wait, there are free spaces.
Long hours for eating.

Shack #2 from my understanding and the highest quality in city with healthy and non intrusive amount of food traffic.

Hey Everyone, today was my 1st time at this franchise. The employees are kind, friendly. The food was delivered fast, prompt. It tasted good too. The venue clean.

One of the tastiest burgers in New York. It's impossible to go through the city and not go to Shake Shack. Full store, a bit of a queue, but it was worth it for the delicious combo we got

The chicken nuggets don’t get that it’s disgusting it’s really nasty then taste good no flavor the weight was OK but it’s kind of busy. Kind of busy not early not easy to get to.

In my experience I found it to be the worst place to eat a hamburger! They are small and have an anonymous flavour. We ordered two double cheeses and they made it normal, with a hamburger. We ordered the beer and, after paying, they told us that it was finished.
But this much-vaunted shake shack was a huge disappointment.
Much much better Five guys!

Expect a bit of a queue before you can eat. The place is not very well kept especially during peak times but it is excellent for a quick meal. There are also veggie burger options. Friendly staff and quick service.

Food is great as it is a Shake Shack but the place where too crowded, hard to take a seat.

No place to sit, giant line, several people facing you anger trying to make you feel bad and leave a table. We ordered two chicken bites with ten pieces and believe, those pieces were the size of a m&M peanut. Unbelievable.

Completely mess, fried chicken is so small that the piece is smaller than a ping pong ball. I had three and had to eat something else in other place. People standing eating and it's impossible to walk inside. Never come back there.

Extremely packed with people. The burgers taste good, but are quite small. The milkshakes are terrible. The service is good - they will bring your food to your table, if you can manage to get a table

We ordered to the table and it never arrived, went to pick it up and was cold. The baths were dirty.

Small and crowded environment, not clean.

There was a big waiting line as expected for something near the museum, but we managed to do our order in the self order machines. The food was good but unfortunately they skipped my order and I waited for 30 min to get the food after getting the text that it was ready to pick up. It was very disorganized and a lot of people were getting the texts that their order was ready but it was talking at least extra 15 min for the orders to be ready. I do not give one star because there was one employee really nice that checked my order and saw the mistake and prepared it, I guess he was the manager. I asked two other employees about my order but none of them answered me.

Ordinary Shake Shack, massively crowded at lunch time. Order on the app and then pick up is at the gate window to the right rather than the mob scene at the counter.
