14Absolute hammer! Definitely a 10/10 in terms of taste. We often passed the shop and it was always full. So we decided to test it too and we weren't disappointed. Next time we're in the USA we'll come back and test more burgers.
This is the innovation kitchen of Shake Shack. I actually expected it having more interesting things between the shop and customers. But it looks like an usual restaurant. Anyways, the food is still good.
Quality of food has fallen off since it's launch. If you're paying upwards of $15 for a burger with fries you expect it to be a vast difference from McDonald's.
Tyheim was super helpful! He wiped the table, he asked if we needed anything else with our food, he took away our stuff when we were done eating. Very pleasant experience, thank you!
The service was excellent. Including one member in particular named Tyhim. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!
Excellent service, very clean tables, floors. Tyheim is working the lobby and he is very conscientious towards all customers. He is essentially providing service you would find at a dine in restaurant. And he’s doing it with a huge smile on his face. I don’t think he made the burgers today but he sure made them taste good! Excellent Shack Stack with the perfect Portabella burger. So tasty!

This location was one of the best shake shake locations I've been to in the city. Food was fresh and the staff was friendly. Lastly, the atmosphere was verynice. Bathrooms where clean. Most likely will return here.
The absolute worst food delivery experience EVER. They made me wait over an hour past my quoted time and when they delivered the food it was the WRONG ORDER. I ordered gluten free and they gave me a regular bread bun and only 2 burgers when i ordered so much more. But the worst part is that there is no way to get in contact with them? Literally the only restaurant you cant call when they deliver the wrong food or to ask how much longer it will be. The absolute worst restaurant ever and i never write reviews.
Worst fabric burger I've ever paid for.the IPA beer was ok, but can't cover for this tasteless burger.walk away and find a whopper or whatever other choices you can find round the corner
The most bland and bland burger I've ever had, fries soggy and bland, all in all a place I never need to try again!
I stopped eating here a while ago because I thought the food had gone downhill. But I'm glad to say my last visit which was just this week, the food is much improved.
