Shake Shack Woodbury Commons reviews
15It’s shake shack, what more needs to be said. Food was amazing, service was relatively quick despite a long lineup.
Food was good and served up quick. We used the tablet to place our order. It returns an error if you try to order something that's out of stock. Unfortunately it doesn't tell you what specific item is unavailable. This meant some trial and error to get the order through. I thought the line/cue management could use some work as well since it felt quite cramped upon entry. Staff and burgers were good though at the end of the day. Advice: Skip the fries.
Shake shack never disappoints. There are quite a few seats and it's clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The burgers were amazing. I really liked the spicy cheesy fries with ranch. The strawberry lemonade was also really good and refreshing. Delicious!
It just tastes like Shake Shack.
I wanted to drink a shake, but I just drank water because I thought about the calories. It's a bit bitten, so it feels like a lot haha I'm surprised to have to take a short distance and get a tip haha It's a kiosk order, so I pressed ~ 10%, but I don't understand ~
Food was awesome, service was fast and the server Chris was polite and helpful. Can’t wait to return!
Great place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Order ahead because they get super busy! I took off one star because the women’s bathroom was really gross. Out of toilet paper, garbages overflowing, and the floor was very wet amongst other things.
We ordered shakes and burgers. Foods were delicious. Though our done in order was never delivered. After 20 some minutes we brought the receipt to follow up only to find out they have disbursed the food. They eventually remade the order to settle the matter.
Amazing burgers. One my favourites ever. Fries are also delicious; the picture speaks for itself.
The experience was amazing. Kamal had great service working the dining floor. Very attentive to the customers needs.
*Not Recommend*
Couldn't find a table because of the crowd of people were more than the building could handle, it wasn't very pleasant at all! The inside of the building was so packed full of people.
I would definitely return to this business just not this location ever again as it was a very unpleasant experience for us.
Shake shack makes a great first time burger experience for the uninitiated. It has still kept its consistency over the years when it first started out in its central location in thr flatiron area of nyc. I remember waiting line for an hour to get their burger and shakes. Local and tourists alike love this place.
It has certainly made a great name for itself as a rival to California's In-N-Out Burger. Now, shake shack would be considered a standard for the more premium franchise burger establishments. I recommend sticking to their standard shake shack burger and make it a double. For lighter eaters, a single stack is more than enough. Grab a black and white custard shake and you are set to go.
Food is good. It's definitely heavy though, and your stomach will tell you so. It did for me. This is a teenagers meal.
Service is quick and courteous. Given how packed the restaurant was during Father's day weekend, it was reasonable to wait a bit longer for our food. Took around 10-15min.
Atmosphere today was loud and crowded. Definitely too many people inside the restaurant, but it's to be expected. With so many people, I was thinking they might be breaking some fire codes. It was also messy around the trash areas, but workers were trying at least to keep some semblance of cleanliness. Bathrooms though I would skip on a very busy weekend. Bathrooms are small and there is a long line for women.
Spent $73.95 for 5 burgers, 3 custards and 3 fries.
The Shake shack had better Burgers than Five guys it was so good. The burgers were smashed I never had smashed burgers before they were crispy and juicy.
Not a fan of the design to this place. Area to order is short so it backs up out the door if busy. Plus there are multiple entrances so people don't know if they are cutting the line. Then people who are waiting for food are just milling about because there is no clear place for them to go. But the new shrooms burger is tasty with plenty of cheese. Not as large as pictured, though.
Look at the pic - Everyone is waiting and workers are all in slow motion. Took 20 min for Burnt burger turning cold.
The place was very clean and neat,
staff was courteous and friendly.
The the manager is great and helpful with anything ever needed, and always went above and beyond to make sure everything with the order was always right.
