I love going to Dr. Shaw. He is a great Chiropractor. Dr. Shaw has healed me so many times and most of the time I feel immediate relief.

This is really an unprofessional practice. I called and made an appointment for a 30 minute massage. It was schedule on Monday for the Monday the following week. I didnt get a reminder call, and after one week - I did forget about the appointment. So I get a phone call from an angry receptionist telling me they will charge me for a no-show because it is their policy! I was not informed of such a policy over the phone, nor did I sign a consent to it! She was so rude and amazingly expected me to reschedule! Horrible attitude and customer service. Dont give them your business.
