I'm absolutely delighted with the treatments I received at the Sheer Mystique by Parvin! Ms. Parvin is extremely sweet, gentle and patient with her care. The products used were of great quality and the mani-pedi, eyebrow shaping were done meticulously. Her salon area is also kept very clean and is tastefully decorated. Each treatment has its designated area. I had purchased a Groupon coupon but got more than I had expected. I'd certainly make more trips back there and recommend it to everyone!

Love it here. Donna is extremely friendly and talented. Always listens to what you want and delivers.

My 15 year old daughter came in for her first bayalage with Parvin. She is beyond ecstatic with the result of her hair, she loves it! Parvin is the best hands down!

My name is Lori Donna the owner of this salon took advantage of me I was living out of state and was going to rent her apartment that she has above the salon when I got in state my daughter told me that somebody was still living there I asked her for my money back and she would not give it to me and I took her to small claims court and I one it’s been over a year and she is not giving me my money I have been very nice and gracious about it I have not bothered her but I am a single mother and she owes me this money and I have paperwork to prove it

Worst manicure ever. Asked for remedy and they first said of course and then never heard back. Tried contacting again and never heard back

Had a wonderful haircut experience with Olivia. In time appointment. She made suggestions that I appreciated. Very friendly.

Brought my daughter there on Tuesday 10/2 - for simple cut and highlights. Donna was nice enough to squeeze her in last minute. BUT did not listen to what my daughter wanted and did what she felt would be better because she is the owner and has over 20 years experience. When I called back to discuss the fact that she was unhappy & the highlights where not how she explained - Donna was unwilling to fix it. My daughters highlights on top of her head were very “chunky “ looking and not blended at all.that is the one thing my daughter asked for. Donna was only willing to “tone “ her highlights- which would not fix her issue. Donna was very defensive because - as she said she knew what she was doing and had a lot of experience. I know if I had an unhappy customer- I would go above and beyond to fix an issue if they were not happy. Sadly - she took my daughters hard earned money and my daughter is unhappy. I would never go back there again - and definitely not recommend. I brought my daughter to my hairdresser and she was able to fix the issue.should not have had to do that

I had my hair recently done by Parvin and it looks fabulous! I can not say enough great things about this salon. They are professional and understand exactly the look you are trying to achieve. Coming from an Italian background I have thick curly dark brown (almost black hair) I wanted to go blonde and Parvin helped me achieve my gorgeous look. I originally used a groupon coupon and now I will ONLY go back to this salon! They officially have a life customer and I am writing this review to let every lady out there know that this is the BEST salon in Liverpool! I can not express how thankful and appreciative I am for having such a great experience! If anyone is considering trying a new look or simply going for a touch up i highly recommend going to this salon! I had such s great experience and I know you will too!

Parvine the nail tech was very nice and personable but ultimately did a crappy job on my nails. I had a Groupon voucher for a basic manicure and pedicure but decided to spend $10 for the gel manicure. At first they looked amazing but they started chipping within a few hours. That was on Saturday. It's only Tuesday and I've already had to take the polish off my nails because it was so badly chipped. Nice lady, but I won't be back.
