Warning for Fuel Rewards users: if asked to enter a number at the Shell pump, enter the amount of CENTS that you will be paying for the visit. I had a rewards status in Fuel Rewards that would have helped me save a pretty good amount of money per gallon but it was wasted by the Shell gas station. When I started the refueling process, the pump screen said to enter a number but it did not specify what number (gallons or price). I assumed price and entered "50" which would naturally indicate $50; after all why would anyone fill up 50 cents of gas? However after I started pumping, the machine automatically stopped the gas at 50 cents worth of volume. When I tried to get a worker to help me, he could not reconfigure the machine to increase the gas volume being purchased, nor could he re-enable the 25 cent per gallon savings when we started a new refueling. Because of this, I did not get my rightful discount. One of the only reasons Shell is more attractive than other gas options is because this Fuel Rewards program saves me money on gas. I can't help but feel like the way Shell gas stations are set up sabotages the deal and defeats the purpose of being incentivized to use Shell. This is not the first time it has happened and not the only station neither.

Brought my car for oil change and they are bad at their job and also elder guy doesn’t know how to talk to people.

Brought my car for an oil change which is a pretty straight forward service. The mechanic that did the service was pretty bad. First he drained the old, poured the new one in and told me that I was all good to go. When I asked him about changing the oil filter he looked annoyed and said ok and started doing it. Oil filter on my car requires removal of the coolant tank and he just didn’t want the hassle. If I didn’t ask or know about the filter I would be driving with fresh oil and a dirty old filter. He then tried to take out the old one but didn’t know how so he asked another mechanic to do it. Then he realized they didn’t have my filter in stock, so we had to wait an hour and ten minuets for it to arrive. It arrived earlier but he started working on another car. When I complained that I was already there for an hour and a half, he went over and put the filter next to my car and went to continue working on the other one. When I complained again he finally went to put the new filter in. Two hours for an oil change is something I’ve never experienced.

Workshop here is the best. Mr Mir took care of my car figured out all the issues. I've been running around to get my car fixed had replaced rotors and breaks twice in 6 months and I haven't even driven my car for more than 20k miles. He figured it out for me in a single visit fixed it along with few other things and now my car glides on the road and breaks are working really good. Thank you

The man that works there is a sweetheart. The pumps work well. However, this Shell Station is $0.10 more a gallon than it is at the Shell Station on Knapp Street and Avenue Y.

Stupid pump configuration. Have to decide how much fill before use even use a credit card and without measuring unit. Not user friendly at all. And more expensive at same time.
