Wish I could give a zero, worst tow company ever! Always a story and never in the estimated time given. AAA should really get new providers, Definitely not totally satisfied!

I was told I needed a new battery during battery service with tripple AAA when I broke down.which i did not need a battery.
. I soon broke down again and called tripple AAA back with my altinator and belt iand was told it would cost me 1000.00 to fix so with a new battery and altinator and belt cost me 1200.00 I was ripped off and taken advantage of from one stop 86st inc in Dykerheights BrooklynNewYork. I would not recommend them till no one

Had my car towed here, they called, told me I needed a new radiator… prices seemed fair and people were nice enough. Then when I went to pick up the car today, it wouldn’t start. I asked a simple question about the cooling system to the main guy, and he very rudely told me if I needed something else checked out, I’d have to come back.

He then confirmed to me my car was okay to drive, but when I got near my house, the second I shifted into reverse to park, the car completely shut off.

Pretty sure they found one thing wrong, got their money, and didn’t do any follow up or checking of the rest of the car. Now I’ll probably have to get it towed and serviced again, but will definitely be somewhere else. Do not recommend at all.

AAA towed my car immediately and the repair was completed within 1 day. They informed me of the cost beforehand.

The catalytic converter of our Honda CRV was stolen. One Stop Auto fixed our car professionally. They were patient in dealing with the insurance company.
