2I would like to thank Dr. Shen and his staff for an excellent experience before and after my surgery. After years of pain and discomfort and many pain management procedures with only providing temporary relief, I finally feel like I have my life back. I had a successful lateral interbody fusion with screw fixations. I am pleased with the care that I have received and highly recommend Dr. Shen.
Dr Shen performed a minimally invasive surgery to clean bone spurs in my neck. Within days of the surgery my pain was gone. The grinding in my neck was gone. Arm pain was gone. Now I'm working on rebuilding strength. Very happy I chose Dr Shen. He is an excellent surgeon. He has an excellent bedside manner. He was happy to answer any questions I had and he personally called me multiple times post surgery to see how I was doing. Truly a first class surgeon. I was able to avoid fusion surgery due to Dr Shen's scopic procedure. I am extremely grateful for how great I feel just a few weeks after surgery. Within 2 weeks I was back at the gym and resumed all activities including physically demanding ones. Thank you Dr Shen and all the staff at Shen Spine and The Spine and Pain clinic.
