2The Lounge is the worst. No computer. Scant food for a limited breakfast only. No cofee or old cofee at breakfast after which they lock EVERYTHING up including napkins and forks. Only thing that's available 24/7 is water, 3 soda choices and o bag of chips for all guests for the entire day. Do not pay extra for this. Not worth it!
Scam! I booked here at a good rate but when I tried to check-in at 3pm they told me that my reservation had been cancelled an hour earlier. I assume this is because they realised it was fashion week and the US open final that weekend and that they could charge more for the room. I hope the few extra hundred dollars a night was worth it for the hotel, as I have 50 years of travel left in me, AND I WILL NEVER STAY AT A SHERATON (OR MARRIOTT) EVER AGAIN!
