Sheraton Niagara Falls reviews
15Beyond gross.stayed for 1 night on the 6th floor and killed 2 roaches in our room. No one seemed to care, wasted $210 bucks for the night stay. Only reason for 2 stars was check in staff was pleasant. The hotel is quite worn and just can't compete with the nicer/ newer hotels around them
Unfortunately if it wasn't for the awesome front end staff this place wouldn't be worth rating. It needs to actually be CLEANED and updated. Not a good representation for a Sheraton. Over priced for sure. Advantage to staying here was hotel being convenient to everything.
This is the most terrible hotel I have ever visited in my life. 1st, elevator is very very terrible, I was offered a room in 2nd floor, the moment I entered 2nd floor, it's terrible with smell and look and feel. Room given is very terrible, no proper light, no proper blinds. Over all, my experience staying here is beyond terrible
It’s time for the rooms to be updated, but overall (and considering the other hotels on the American side) it’s ok.
Good for families. Clean and friendly staff. The town is empty due to covid but nonetheless an awesome place to visit.
Hotel. Expensive. Had Starbucks. Made my grandma angry super epic EDIT: it's okay seck sees we have the currency for the commodities my grandma just salty about the parking lot, i give u a singular more star for the confusion
It was convienent if you’re attending a concert and you can’t get a room at the casino. But I would not recommend staying here. Our first room was absolutely disgusting and they moved us to a new one and the bed was cleaner that’s about it… Not worth the $230 package for a night. Hairs all over the bed, mattress, and sheets. Sheets were dirty, hair on toliet and sink, fingerprints all over the mirrors, trash on the ground and BB bullets under the bed.
Really nice accommodations. Walking distance to nearly anything you want to see at the falls. Nice pool that is heated along with two jacuzzi tubs. Starbucks, wine bar and full bar on site. Nice staff which were very responsive to questions and requests.
I stayed there for a chess tournament recently. I wanted to give kudos to a few folks. First, Taylor Combs (the sales director) did a great job with the event. I know this may sound minuscule, but she kept bringing water to the tournament room, which a lot of the players appreciated. As chess players, we are spending hours playing one single game and burning a lot of energy when we think. We crave water and there have been times at other venues where this isn’t offered or runs out. Taylor made sure that we were taken care of. I also noticed that she was around to make sure that the event was running smoothly. It’s the little things that make a difference.
Taylor Dispenza from the rain forest cafe was great as well! She was very hospitable while we were taking breaks and enjoying a drink at the bar.
These two employees went above and beyond over the weekend and I just wanted to give them a shout out!
Only hotel I've been to that doesn't offer complimentary breakfast. I have stayed in nicer for less that offered more. Loud kids in the halls during the night. Bed & pillows were comfortable. My salad from Cafe was good.
The room was nice but the shower has no lip so it soaked the floor when you take one. The people at the desk sent us all over to find the parking lot (which is the public lot right next to the hotel) we were right across from the casino, so if that's your thing you're probably going to enjoy your stay
Good location for attending a concert at the Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino.right across the street and there is a tunnel going under the road to get to the casino. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Outdoor parking is additional.
The room was very run down. There was a vent over the toilet that fell off the ceiling. The door looked like it had been pried open in the past. There were no streaming services on the TV. I was also never informed that there was a $21.60 parking fee on top of the $10 resort fee. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and the parking was always included in the resort fee. I was never sent a folio at the end of my stay. It is impossible to contact the hotel's billing department because no one answers and the mailbox is full. This hotel and especially the lounge has gone downhill ever since Marriott took over and I will not be staying here again.
Excellent experience, you have everything you could possibly want in one place, casino, starbucks, pool, bar, restaurant, gym, spa.
