Sheridan Hotel, Bronx NY

To much & for this motel because is defiantly not a hotel. Had 2 day reser.checked in @9: pm AND the first thing I find is a rude Clerk with no type of customer service skills, then walked into the room to find 2 roaches occupying the bed. I go back to the rude clerk to let him know about the the incident of the roaches, he says roaches, I said yes roaches, change the room, his rude self, did changed it. Now he sends me to the 2nd FL. I go, key to upon the room doesn't work. I go back to him, now he is feeling annoyed, screamed at me then says I'm calling the service lady to open the room for you. I walked away. My worst experience in staying in a hotel, the customer service really sucks, the room as I mentioned had roaches, no blankets, TV service is best to watch a movie in your phone because it really doesn't have to many channels to see. Wifi wasn't working, towels look like wash cloth, not even a towel to place on fl. No coffee pot, no gym and no breakfast like is advertised. If I could give it a -0, I would. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, PLEASE STAY AWAY. Cheap rat hold.

The worst hotel of all, first of all, there is no breakfast as promised nor do they speak different languages, they even charge you to stand in the lobby, it is NOT a family atmosphere but a MOTEL/telo or whatever they say in your country, it is far from the city and the service is TERRIBLE, I wouldn't go back even if they invited me for free, the walls look like cardboard since you can hear PEOPLE HAVING PRIVACY, very out of place, if I were you before coming to this hotel, I would stay in the time square where they end up charging you almost the same and you surely have the best service, I hope it helps!

They offer rooms by the hour, need I really say more? They do not offer anything they list on their site, no breakfast, no gym, no business center. They do nothing to make it right. Worst hotel I have ever seen or stayed in.run the other way, sleep on the subway, it's a cleaner safer place.

It's not a 5 star hotel and it's better than other hotels I've been in. Not a great location. Staff were great and doing what the could. Vending machines need stocked, rooms were made each day during our visit. Only issue we had needed blankets, and the room keys kept resetting after rooms were cleaned.

Rooms & bathrooms are dirty, moldy & have leaky pipes. Doors look like they were kicked in & wait until the water behind it decreases. The whole building smells like rotten eggs.
