Sherwin-Williams Paint Store, Clifton Park NY

Had a good experience and Sam was quick to rectify an issue that has made me want to continue to give the store my business.

Don’t go anywhere else for paint or stain. Sherwin Williams paints are excellent, and the staff is much better informed about their products and therefore better able to make good recommendations to their customers. The paint is more expensive for a reason, if you value your time and your end result it is worth every penny. I am a homeowner and buy products here every couple years as needed but they treat me as if I am a painting contractor in the store every day. Excellent customer service.

The customer service was phenomenal even though we walked in to get 3 gallons of paint mixed a half hour before closing (yeah, we were that guy). I even phone ordered an extra gallon the next day for in store pick up, and it was done within 15 minutes of the call.

Great staff! We were looking for a stain for kitchen cabinet door. The staff were helpful to find the right stain and painted a sample to see how it looks. The stain picked worked really well. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I was quoted a homeowner price today of $83.79 per gallon for Armor Seal Tread Plex paint because I was not a "account holder". Told store employee that this price was outrageous. Was told price was not negotiable. Called another SW store and was given a price of $56 after providing only my email and phone number. Avoid if you not wish to overpay.

We found exactly what we wanted in the store. Friendly and helpful associate exceeded our expectations. We will be back this week to buy paint for our project. Highly recommend.

Great service that is both knowledgeable and friendly. Premium paints and fair prices! I go here for custom mixes for contract jobs requiring very specific federal pantone colors for contract jobs.

I was not completely informed about a product I purchased and it is non-refundable so I wasted my money as I cannot use the product at all. Very disappointed.
