Sherwin-Williams Paint Store, Mineola NY

All the staff members we encountered were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful! The paint is superior to any we've used and they had all the right tools necessary for us to paint like pros!

Went to the New Hyde Park location a few weeks ago. Great customer service and we left happy with our purchase. Came to this location by error and could not regret it more. The only pro is the parking. The sales person was one of the least helpful I have ever encountered. He was rude and completely uninterested in working. He abruptly broke away in the middle of a conversation to answer the phone and probably would have kicked us out of the store if he could even if it was some time before closing. Also thought I felt some undertones of discrimination against my faith. Basically we left the store feeling angry and dissatisfied. I came back to Sherwin Williams because I had a great experience at the other location. If you’re contemplating coming to this location and have the time, drive 10 minutes down the road to the New Hyde Park location. I know I will.

Woman was very helpful in assisting me. She only sold me what I needed. THe Women was polite and couturious and very knowledgeable in the products she sold me and was sensitive to my needs.

The staff at this store in Mineola is amazing. They keep a record of all my orders and I just need to give them the color and they can pull up my orders.

Staff are extremely helpful whether on a call in or in store experience. Always offer advice with questions and go above and beyond to make my visit easy. I joke that going there is like my candy store.

This was a good experience. I had to wait at the door because of the current health situation but the salesman was courteous and helpful.

That the young lady at the counter was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Even though it was my first visit to this store, I felt that they valued my business. I would definitely go back whenever I am in the need for any of their products.

Needed a gallon of paint asap to complete a painting job and I could.not pick it up. They mixed it and had it at my door in less than 30 min. Amazing service! Thank you!

Every question I asked was answered with professionalism. I was shown different merchandise and each was explained to me simply. The sales associate was extremely helpful and kind.

Easy to see right off of East Jericho Turnpike servicing Mineola and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Nice staff. We will most likely be going back.
