The staff is so friendly and helpful. I hate picking out paint but it's not bad with their help!

Paint from this store has been off-gassing horribly for over a month. Stuff has a horrible odor to it as well. Paint has caused ear ringing, insomnia, headaches, nausea, fatigue, and muscle aches and everyone has been affected in my apartment by it. Both the store and the apartment community that uses this stuff acted completely oblivious to it. Don’t assume a higher price tag means there are lower chemicals in paint. Never had this issue before using Behr, Glidden, or Benjamin Moore. “Vocs” are simply compounds that are shown to affect the ozone, not your health. There are still many harmful chemicals added, and if a paint is still off-gassing a month later, and still has an odor, it’s a problem. You can find many complaints/reports online of certain Sherwin Williams paints (including Harmony) causing problems with continued off-gassing and lingering odor.

The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, showing patience all the while. She even gave me discounts I was unaware were available!
