Excellent, first class service. Notarizing and shipping an important document overnight can be stressful, but the speed and efficiency that was displayed as soon as I entered the store put my mind at ease.

Not friendly at all. When I asked for a receipt they said no we don’t give any. I’ve had UPS packages disappear without a trace at drop off locations so I’m hoping that doesn’t happen. Saw some other bad reviews I wish I had read before going. Really hoping I don’t have to make a trip back there for any reason.

I’m quite surprised at all of the very positive reviews here-I live very close to this store and would prefer to use them but have been turned off many times by their hostile and unfriendly manner. I’ve come in to ask questions and they answer with one word and no explanation (and certainly no smile). When I have used their services I find the transaction to be just as unfriendly. With so many other neighborhood options within a couple of blocks in any direction I prefer to get more steps in and take my business elsewhere, even when lugging a large item for shipping.

I have been coming to this place for a number of years, and i find it to be very efficient with all i have needed.the gentle kind enough not to charge me the $2.00 extra dollars i was short on.they are kind and respectful.for sure will continue to come here.

I have been doing business with this company over 10years, shipping, cafe and notoriety and I must say the guy name Moses and staff are God send to customers need excellent service, I recommend this company 100%.

I'm still trying to find out what happened to my package that I left with them to box up and ship out I got a tracking number and then was contacted by recipient that they never received package and it was still in Brooklyn. I called them asked for help. Never got back to me. I'll be going there in person when I can.

Sunday notary for two dollars per signature! Amazing price for a great service.

This place is very clean, with calm music and a friendly staff. They are open seven days a week, which is very unique and convenient.

They have all the shipping services: FedEx, DHL, USPS. They also have mailboxes, fax, document scanning, Internet, etc.

Courteous, dependable, professional, and fast. This is everything a neighborhood small business should be. I don't think there's anything they can't handle here.

I attempted to have a form notarized here. The notary refused to notarize my form because it involved reading 3 lines of instruction from my employer. It was a really bizarre experience. It's been a long time since I've encountered someone so rude for literally no reason.

Shipping prices are lower than any other in the area. Service is personal and friendly. They stock boxes and supplies in all sizes. Very convenient.

I use them for all my shipping and packaging needs. They have great hours (open Sunday) and helpful staff who go out of their way to get me whatever I need.

I needed a passport photo, and even though they're not exactly professional photographers, the lighting in there must be good or something, because it came out great.

Poor customer service - extremely apathetic, sloppy and unprofessional. I shipped a package through them for an item that I had sold on eBay and the package arrived damaged and poorly packaged. Do not use this service to package anything of value.

Really awesome customer service! The guy even grabbed some bubble wrap out of the back for my contents without me even asking. Nice to find these little gems in the otherwise difficult NY customer service experience.
