Over priced and the job was not done correctly at all I spent over 150$ for 2 coats and when I got it, it was a 30$ job unbelievable im so mad and disappointed never again if I can give 0 stars I would.

Horrible experience here took a bunch of sweatshirts and pants to get altered and some of the items feel like they weren't even touched and some feel like they cut them too much when I sent examples as well. It was already too late to undo the work so I let it be but they will never see any of my money again. Waste of time.

They switched the owners and possibly the people who used to work there. Now it’s over priced and the job wasn’t even done correctly. I asked them to cut my dress, that’s literally all they did. It looked like I cut it on my own. They didn’t even bother to sow in the edge to make it look neat. Was going here for years but not after this and other items as well. Gave them multiple opportunities but kept getting disappointed.

I brought in jacket cause zipper broke. I asked him how much to replace it, he said that it would cost $30. I said to him that's exactly what the jacket cost and I walked out. Way to over priced. I would have given them no stars.

Great work done here, clothes are always clean. And the owner is very friendly.

The Tailor' Mario get's 5 stars, as his work is impeccable and I'm impressed. I will continue to do business with Ales Cleaners if I need alterations done to my clothing. They get 1 star because they do not clean your clothes, they destroy them and they give them back dirty.
