I hear plans to switch to self checkout. I'm not in favor and will stop supporting this store if that's the case. I don't go to the supermarket to do your job.no thanks

My husband likes a few stuff from this supermarket, what I will like for them is to sell the malt flavor ovaltine, is my favorite.

I like the Bakery section of the supermarket. Might find some items you won't find at a local supermarket. Downside to it is that most of the things you will find cheap at a local supermarket, will be pricey here.

I have been to a lot of ShopRites in the tri-state area. This one is nice and clean. Shelves are stocked and labeled. Store is well lite. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Now only if the customers were as friendly and nice! Outside is as clean as I guess they can keep it. Over all. Recommend shopping there.

The food was a little bit more money than I wanted to spend. The store was very clean and organized. The workers were very kind and helpful. My experience was great.

IM NOT SURE WHATS GOING ON WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE OR INTEGRITY IN GENERAL. IVE ORDERED MULTIPLE TIMES AND IM CONSTANTLY RECEIVING EXPIRED ITEMS, SPECIFICALLY MEATS! ITS UNACCEPTABLE! IM OVER SHOPRITE

I like to go relatively early, so I can have my pick of produce before everyone comes and touches everything.especially their kids. Also it wasn't crowded, and I was in and out in less then 10mins

Great customer support from beginning to end of the process. Jennifer and Konstance of the ShopRite team at Bruckner Blvd represent among the highest levels of customer service I have ever experienced. The information they provided me with was accurate and all responses were prompt and professional. Jennifer and Konstance were super friendly, patient and diligent in helping me resolve my online order issue. I currently reside in Philadelphia, Pa, and was attempting to send my mother-in-law (whom lives in the Bronx) groceries via the shop from home application offered by ShopRite corporation. For an entire day I'd been trying to successfully place the order so that my mother-in-law could go pick it up the following morning. However, this was to no avail as I just could not get past the payment process point and did not understand why that was the case. Once my issue was resolved, Konstance called me back to assure me that she'd just received my order confirmation and would be personally shopping for me. Top notch communication skills were shown and noted. Customer service is obviously their strategy and it shows. These two associates are knowledgeable, fine ambassadors for the company and impressively represent the corporation. They really went above and beyond, I would give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you ladies for a wonderful customer service experience!

Horrible the most Horrible service. The guard is more nice then the customer service, ohhh wait there is none, no service. No customer service. Lazy. Abnokxiuois. And don't care. And the meat department. You have to book your meat online where I have to babysitt before it goes missing or wait 45 minutes
