ShopRite of New Paltz

For such a small store, the variety is incredible. The staff seems to do a good job making way for new products that come out, without sacrificing other items. They even have a decent if small gluten-free and vegan section.

Staff is always friendly and selection is good. I use their app for uploading coupons so I don't have to worry about forgetting them! Not the top of the class in aesthetics or overall layout but prices are good and I haven't had a bad experience there yet.

The staff are friendly, for the most part have what I am looking for however could really use an face-lift to make it modern. Feels very dated.

Store is very very dirty needs complete makeover and it’s sad because the store is a very busy one would be so nice to shop there if it were clean!

Today I was amazed to see in the refrigerated meat section little plastic containers each with a live lobster! I hope this is temporary due to a broken tank or such because I think not only cruel but demonstrates a lack of respect and kindness to nature's creatures.they should be in a tank swimming with friends until we - with utmost thankfulness - eat them.

So excited to find out that shop rite carries flapjack mighty muffins! I've been looking everywhere for them! I stocked up and had a great checkout experience too. The cashier that helped me was super friendly and kind and welcoming. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Great place to shop. My family eats organic produce and foods, so there organic produce was 2 to 3 dollars cheaper than the pther stores in the area. Typical selection of meats and groceries for a supermarket but jas cheaper organoc products which is a plus for us being a family of 4 and on a budget. Easy acess for wheel chairs, clean and well stocked. Weekly flyers has great cupons and deals.

ShopRite is our oldest supermarket. They have been renovating it for years but it is still small compared others. Still prices are good and so is the selection.

This store needs to be redone inside; by that I mean take out the old aisles and replace with be New, more modern ones along with modern freezers.

Check your produce. The front end cashiers and manager Rose are exceptional. Sea food department is also a keeper.

This is a small shoprite but they have some unusual products which was a surprise find. I took off 1star for the bathroom which was hard to find in the back of the store and really dirty.

Decent supermarket centrally located on main Street. Small organic produce section. Often carries local farm products. Small but decent craft beers. Carries greeting cards. Fair prices.

Better sales good value for your money. Great people that work there, some of them working there for years.

Great local store but it definitely needs updating. The meat department and deli have nice employees but the deli needs to keep up with their hot food selection. I really wish Shop Rite would invest a bit of cash into this store for the customers and employees alike.

Smaller than the tops.can sometimes have better prices, but not always. The hispanic/asian selections are much better than tops. Also if there's a less common cut of meat you can't find at tops, it will probably be at the shoprite

Great prices but the stores needs a better layout and an updating badly. Traffic flow through the store is God awful.

I like it is easy in, easy out. The place is quite old school but I like that. Newer doesn't mean better. Fast and friendly

They are local but I'd rather go to Kingston because their layout sucks. I understand that they are small wirh limited space but the stock boys block every available path. Plus they are totally oblivious and ignorant to shoppers.

Best prices and friendliest staff of any of the New Paltz-area supermarkets. The parking lot is a hot mess, though-it strikes me as dangerous-and we've gotten spoiled (but unexpired) chicken here more than once.

Typical old out dated store. With few options in the area this chain and this store are able to remain open. More competition will be their end. They lack customer experience.
