ShopRite of Riverhead

I am used to Country Pointe ShopRite. The Greenfield's run a great supermarket. This one is ok compared to that and better than some others I've been in.

Everything you need & even apple fritters which you don't need, but we're very good

Great new location. Awesome bakery, seafood, deli, and more. Clean and bright environment. Friendly staff.

Charlene in the Riverhead office is the absolute best person I have ever dealt with at shoprite. I have been getting the home delivery service since it began because I am disabled. This women has gone above and beyond for me. Her kindness and willingness to get things done the correct way I have seen many times. Just over mistakes that were made that were simple but not to her, I have seen things get better since she has been there and had to figure out some way of saying something on her behalf for her kindness. It’s a great place and they do a great job

am writing this review for BRIAN in the Home Delivery, I have never spoken to anyone so kind and goes out of his way for you as much as him! When we are having the most scary time for someone like myself who cannot go out in this pandemic, Brian assured me that even though the system was crashing from everyone wanting to get home delivery now, he would still take care of me. Shoprite needs to know what a great employee they have and customers need to value the service we get, I know I do, thank you so much Brian

At was just at shop rite the front head manager Judy and the store manager George was rude and disrespectful told me that I couldn’t have my service dog in there and Judy doesn’t help any customers every time I go in there and I asked them if they have what I’m looking for and they said they don’t have it and they were rude about it

I just started there as a merchantdiser. And I am black i was working in the store had my badge on as I was walking out. I was approached by the the security guard are are you gonna pay for your stuff, meanwhlie I had nothing but a pen and my order forms for the store. She felt stupid. And whoever called her on me did too. I processed to walk to my car I said know you go back in there and ask for the store manager. The security guard then comes to appocate me saying sorry. I didn't see your badge but apparently you didn't see me stealing either, you just assumed

Like this store! The Grilled burgers are great and reasonably priced. Good sales, friendly cashiers

The store was clean and well-organized. The young employees were extra helpful and kind, and actually brightened my day.

I went to the store the day after Christmas 6am and I was not helped by management. She told me it is what it is as a response. Terrible service on that employee

I have to say…. April in the bakery is outstanding! Today was the 3rd time I have needed something (last minute) and she goes above and beyond to help. She really is a treasure! I don’t typically shop here but I always come for the bakery and the store I have to say is ALWAYS immaculately clean.

I was very very impressed! I needed green olives. Black olives, celery, extra virgin olive oil, and balsamic vinegar of modena, and I only had $20, would you believe. I got it all with $1 left! That would not have happened anywhere else. And it was due to there variety of items
