ITS A NICE SUPERMARKET HOWEVER TODAY I HAD TO LEAVE STORE BECAUSE OF THE ABUNDANCE OF SHOPPERS AND WORKERS NOT WEARING PROTECTIVE MASKS.
VOICING MY CONCERN WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE YEILDED NO RESULTS.
BEING CARDIAC AND IMMUNOCOMPROMISED I HAD TO PROTECT MYSELF AND LEAVE STORE.

Just saw a video of them denying a mother her right to buy from because she couldn't medically wear a mask, you should all be sued! Disgusting, if anyone stands for anything do not spend any $$ in this place

I love this store. All the workers are very helpful. The produce workers, deli & meat departments have great staff to help you if you ask. The store is BIG & set up good. You walk in & your right in produce & the bakery. I'm not a big fan of grocery shopping but this store makes it easier. The only thing that's not great is the parking. The parking lot is too small. Unless you get there early in the morning it's a little difficult to get a spot in the lot. They need a bigger parking lot.

Never in my life have I wrote any reviews but after reading a recent review I had too! I agree that there are never ever any good working carts when I go to shop. It’s been like this since March so that’s about 6-7 months they did nothing about it. I see tons of broken carts on the side and then I see the cart attendants struggle to even get any upfront. If I were them I would of quit a long time ago, it’s a shame you got them working with no good working carts. They always look miserable or just fuming because they are even mad about the carts. You also got shoppers cursing and going at them about the carts too but I know it’s not their fault it’s management and the owner of shop rite fault. How are you going to own a store and expect customers to shop and keep coming back if you can’t even get a good working cart. If you want customers and you want them to be happy and keep coming back like myself then do yourself a favor and replace all the carts with good ones. How much longer are you going to wait, till they no longer function?

This store is great for shopping or it use to be…… I come in every time to shop and their carts are garbage. Terrible you can’t push none of them or they make loud noises. I ask one cart kid and he even agreed saying they are terrible, he even said he told management countless times but they do nothing about it. I don’t know how they expect to keep customers if they can’t simply get good working carts. It’s a shame because I love shopping here, it’s just I can’t stand taking broken carts one after the next. It’s very rare to get a good cart that works and don’t make any noise. They should take notes from target, they always have perfect smooth carts.

It's a decent store. Price wise. However, whomever designed that parking lot should be shot. It's a maze, NOT amazing. Horrible to navigate without raising the blood pressure

Asked about veterans preference senior preference they said can't help you you serve your country you get to be a senior limited income they can't help you thank you very much for taking my money

Probably my favorite store on the island. Tho I try to order online and pickup because it's always busy

The store is nice and clean, with a variety of items. The only thing I didn't like is the lady at the register coughing her lungs out with no mask on. Although there was a plexiglass at the register, she barely covered her mouth. If you want to get sick quick, shop here without a mask on.

Management needs to re-train some of the "shoppers" from the shop from home Shoprite offers. No substitutions means NO SUBSTITUTIONS! And the cold cuts should be cut the way I specifically ordered. Deli department ok in person.

It is a clean and well stocked store with a good selection of grocery brands and a good variety of produce. Its open 24 hours and the prices are competitive and I was there at 2am in a pinch to purchase Raw honey for a sore throat and even at that hour there was people coming and going.

I like this Shoprite and i’m glad they’re in the neighborhood. The deli department needs work, I’m specifically referring to the cold cut counter. I have never seen such a sad bunch. They do get very busy but the point of having a deli counter is to sell cold cuts. They should be proud to be busy. They should take a trip to Wegman’s to see how it’s done.

They r open 24hrs, so you have to go either early in the am, or late at night if you want the whole store to urself. That's the only way to have a true shopping experience. I was there at 6am this morning took my time got everything I needed and done hassle free.

This is one of my favorite ShopRites. The produce section is very fresh at this store. The frozen food selection is exhaustive-so many items you can find and try. The aisles here are roomy which I like. Don’t forget to bring your own bags because they only have flimsy bags that you have to pay for. Cashiers here are friendly. The baked goods are always worth a peek. I love their fresh baked Italian bread so so yummy.

Your evening deli crew has to be coached on how to be more welcoming when customers approach the deli. Zero hellos the body language is not welcoming at all. Every time I have went there after 5 especially the older gentleman specifically heavy set guy in his forties or so. He gives you eye contact but doesn’t say anything to you as your standing there waiting to be helped mind you a few times I’ve went no one was in front of me. No thank you no your welcome after getting your items. COACH YOUR PEOPLE SHOPRITE!

Uneventful your usual shopping experience, went with my boss to get a few items this shoprite is not set up like other shoprites a different layout so 4 eyes are netter than two.

The staff is super friendly, very nice people working there. It’s clean and they run always different promotion on everyday items. I alway find what I need. Also they sell Takis!

This is a beautiful location. Lovely aisle placement. Helpful workers. Way better than new location on Hylan BLVD that looks like it was built by AI with no idea how humans shop. #truth and nothing but the #truth

One of the better supermarkets on the island. Annoying parking situation, too many people, but we go at 2: 00 am when we have run of the store.

This store is extremely poorly managed. The security guard by the front door (old man with pony tail) looks like and behaves like he is on illicit drugs. I am amazed where they found him. Yikes!
