Shore View Nursing and Rehabilitation reviews
11 I SEE A LOT OF POSITIVE REVIEWS BUT I HAVE TO DISAGREE DUE TO ASKING SIMPLE QUESTIONS AND LITERALLY GETTING LIED TO ASKING TO PLEASE CUT PATIENTS FOOD AND OPEN CONTAINERS SINCE PATIENT ONLY HAS USE OF ONE ARM NUMEROUS TIMES SHOW UP AS SHE IS SITTING THERE UNABLE TO EAT, THEN THEY TELL ME SHE HAS TO ASK HARD TO DO WHEN THEY GIVE YOU GABBERPENTIN FIRST THING IN THE MORNING EVEN BEFORE THEY TAKE HER TO PHYSICAL THEREPYI WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY OF MY OR ANYONE ELSES FAMILY
.
Looks nice but the staff is disgusting. Rude nasty people, even management uses derogatory terms towards people and are very disrespectful! I would never leave a loved one in their care!
When I visited my friend last time, the nurse was taking care of her injured leg. She did it very well, and also provided me with some necessary explanations.
Very grateful. Nurse Anna Mayorova and Nurse Soso are wonderful. Keyla was our social worker and went above and beyond for my grandmother
This place took my grandmother in when she had COVID. All the staff there treated her extremely well and tried their best to make every day for her better. I’m extremely thankful for the staff and how they treat their patients. Thank you so much. I’d also like to thank Kelly exclusively for all the help that she has given to my family. I highly recommend this place to anyone else searching for a good rehab center.
My mother entered Shore View after high risk surgery, and was unable to walk much less sit. Within 1 month, she was walking again. She was initially on the second floor and all the staff there were excellent, caring and attentive. They felt like family. Eventually she was moved to a different floor and it was also a great experience. Also, my mother being of Japanese origin had a Japanese speaking physical therapist! It was so comforting to my mom to be able to speak in her native language, in addition to the therapist’s skill level in being able to rehabilitate my mother. We are so grateful. She also got a great hair cut there! Social worker and receptionist - all great. Thank you!
The facility looks clean and the Nurse Aid look helpful. Just need more Doctors and Therapist on board
Bright, airy & CLEAN! Nice place, tasty food. Glad our Mom is in a facility that caters to the elderly!
This is a mixed review. The staff is caring and professional but communication is a nightmare. Whenever I get a call and try to call back I never get anyone and am left wondering who and why they called. They never follow up with a text if they did not reach me. Also the shared Jack and Jill toilet situation between the rooms is less than ideal.certainly not 5 stars.
Not everything is perfect, but the employees try to ensure a comfortable stay for patients and their safety.
Sincere words of gratitude to the entire medical team for their professionalism, sensitive attention to patients on the 3rd floor. I wish the entire team good health, good mood, and success in their hard work!
