Shou Sugi Ban House, Water Mill NY

What an amazing New Years Eve spent at Shou Sugi Ban House. I went in feeling exhausted from life and I was revitalized in just one weekend. The experence there was unpresidented. In the hospitality business I am in this review comes in at one of my top levels. Owning LuxuryBeachgetaway Shou Sugi Ban House was top level Luxury in every way. The services they provided truly manifest with positive vibes after each session.
The service is amazing. The food was outstanding. Taylor was one of the best hosts any facility such as this can be gifted with she was exceptional!

Came here for a Mom daughter experience and it was the best ‘retreat’ spa type ever. The Spa services are incredible and the spaces are peaceful and the sound all across the property is incredible. Rooms are great. Food was probably one of the best experiences i’ve had. Excellent crew and service

Came here for a romantic spa weekend. We were blown away by everything: from the quality of the treatments to the room and the food at the incredible chefs dinner!

Absolutely phenomenal. A perfect place for deep rest and healing. Thankful for the exceptional service and for being able to spend time in such a peaceful paradise.

I came with my husband for a getaway from the city and kids. It’s a hidden property which is great for privacy, it’s absolutely beautiful and I never saw this style of retreats in the Hamptons before. We started with some spa treatments, my husband got a massage and I got a facial it was the most relaxing facial I ever had after that we had some delicious rice bowls - BTW best culinary in the Hamptons I was amazed! The staff was super friendly and made us feel special! Our room was super cozy and delicious bed! Highly recommend Shou Sugi Ban House if you want a getaway!

Biggest waste of money. Expectations weren’t met and when we emailed to express our disappointment we were met with defensiveness. Huge let down.
