Showcase Cinema de Lux Cross County, Yonkers NY

I mean it's a movie theater. And I love it. BUT their Covid restrictions is trash. No one asked for our vaccine card and it was SO crowded. Hope they can work on that a bit now that omicron has gone awry

I've been coming to this theater since I was a little kid. It's definitely changed over the years but it's still a great spot. It gets very crowded very fast & sometimes there isn't enough staff. But they keep the newest movies in, its clean, & the prices are typical theater prices including the bar. Public transportation wise, make sure your taking a cab home. The beeline bus service barely runs at night.

They must have a new manager here because it's much better run than the past 5 or so years. Food quality still stinks but the service is better and the seats are far more comfortable than their Ridge Hill location. And free parking.

The Showcase Cinema de Luxe Cross County is a great movie theater that’s located in the Cross County Shopping Center in Yonkers, New York.

In November of 2021, I brought and treated my wife and myself to watch “The Eternals” at the Showcase Cinema De Luxe Cross County. We both very enjoyed the movie!

We very much loved our food and beverage, appreciated the professionalism and service provided by the theater’s staff, and were impressed the theater’s cleanliness and comfortable recliner based seating.

Our theater’s room also featured great a show screen and superb audio settings.

Both my wife and I highly recommend for all moviegoers to visit and watch movies at the Showcase Cinema de Luxe Cross County!

I really hate to give this theatre three stars but the screen was so dark! The theater itself is awesome and customer service was great when I went there, but I went to see Spider-Man: NWH opening day and it was unbelievably dim and it made dark scenes even harder to see. If you read this review Cross County Showcase please change this and I’ll change my review to five stars!

Very clean. Pleasant employees. No current distancing requirements nor are masking regulations enforced. (We bought every other seat in two rows to "ensure" some distancing.)

Movie theater is so beautiful very family orientated very safe clean also every Wednesday is senior day It's worth going there.

Great theater we use to go at least once every other month b4 covid but now we have been 3 times since open back up clean and comfortable

Sorry to give 1 star because I like this theater and it's well maintained. My issue is with the quality of the film we just saw.
SOOOO DISAPPOINTED! Just came from seeing or better yet NOT seeing the film "The Eternals. " The film was so dark and dull you could not see detail in the film. It was not sharp or bright enough that it bothered your eyes to try and watch this movie. Twice I went to the ushers to ask if they were able to adjust the focusing of the film. They said that was the way the film was. The same movie was being shown in the Auditorium next to ours, so I went to see if the film was better there. To my disappointment it looked the same. I have been coming to this theater for over 20 years and this is the first time a film looked so bad. The quality of this film was that of a badly made bootleg film. That is how bad it was. I am really surprised that Marvel would put thru such a poorly made film. And if that is not the case cause the trailers shown on TV are so nice and clear, makes you wonder where was this movie purchased from by the theater!

I love this place a lot, for really long time. No complaints by a frequent customer, unless if you're food eater for Nathan's/UNO made by the crew on night shift. Last night, went here with my family, before we did, I paid & we got to try our personal "pepperoni" pizza & popcorn. I really expected more toppings on this pizza. Well, only to be done quickly & sloppy with less toppings than the menu picture. Really Showcase, this is how you feel for your movie-goers? Nonetheless, Encanto was great.

Very family friendly theater with reserved seating and they are comfortable cushioned reclining seats. Rest rooms are well kept and staff is friendly and helpful

Very clean, comfortable seats but the screen clarity horrible, especially for the advertisements couldn't really see faces, barely anything was clear enough to see. I'm sitting here right now hoping that when the movie starts it clears out because if not i will be complaining to a manager and wanting my money back the point of the movie is to be able to actually watch it.

Underrated Cineplex in lower Westchester. The theaters have comfortable seats which do recline. All seats are in black and are adequately spaced
The concessions are typical, although they do offer burgers. AMC Theaters is the too dog, but Showcase did well upgrading this venue years ago. They do not have Dolby Atmos or IMAX capability. As a local it is very convenient for me Bathrooms are super clean.

Love the clean new look. However the 2D screen to watch Eternals was horrible! The night/dark scenes were just hard to watch. My sons pretzel bites were hard. Went to the counter to exchange, they gave me hard pretzel bite again!

It’s a great space and very comfy. Today The service was disgusting. Was a male at the food stand who use sarcasm and answer back very nasty when is asked about products at the theater

I love the omfortable chairs and atmosphere of this place but the popcorn always tastes old and stale along with the hard mini Pretzels!

It serves its purpose but I prefer AMC theaters more. The seats were comfortable, the theater was clean but sound could have been better. The bathrooms attendants could make more frequent rounds.

Saw venom carnage.my opinion was better than previous.

Saw employee cleaning seats and food trays so know they sterilize

I absolutely loved this theater it was big and clean and so modern looking, the seats were so comfortable
And can I talk about the mozzarella sticks they were amazing

Good seats that are comfortable, clean has same foods like other theater they could have different alternatives but its good none the less. Has a bar which is okay. Theater are clean overall this place has become better than it used to be they updated it. Good amount of parking.
