The feeling was the same as before the pandemic, I was just surprised that they didn't have any napkins at the concession area

Lacks cleanliness in the theatre as of the last couple years and more specifically during Covid. Been coming to this location since opening in 2010 — I’m aware of the fluctuations in cleanliness and service. Has become a retreat for all BX people. Kind of sucks now.

I love going to Ridgehill mall, however we were disappointed at the movie counter when trying to order particular items. Nothing was ready other than that it's clean and everyone is friendly.

Clean, cool and plenty of seating for 11: 30 showing of RESPECT. 1/2 PRICE APPS in the restaurant on weekends. Free Parking!

First time back in a theater in 18 months! Went to an 11: 10 a.m. Show. Great! Clean theater, pleasant, professional staff.

Not a bad place. The lobby is very updated the theater was not. I honestly expected it to be a lot nicer. It was a nice day out with my family.

Customers service was very poor. The individuals at the cashier was not knowledgeable. It was so crazy talking to them. Ask for a No. 6 and paid for 2 orders another no. 8 also for 1 person.

Popcorn were cold and old. Theater was not crowded and clean. Not alot of staff but then again not alot of people coming in hopefully soon it will be what it used to be.

Love this place, half price Tuesday is the only time we go! And the best part these days, there's never anybody there! Enjoy!

Pretty standard Movie theater with all the overpriced snacks you would expect. Pretty clean, they have a lot of showtimes for popular movies.

Cuts movie off in the last 10 min after playing the movie late at midnight.this place needs to close down.bad service too

Very nice movie theater. Spacious, cleaned and not crowded! I love the fact that there’s multiple restrooms to use too. My son and I first time here and we enjoy very much. The only thing was the OCD in me wanted to deep clean them theater chairs lol.this place would be incredible if they install the recliner chairs, other than that this is a good place to come see a movie.

Had difficulty purchasing online I was charged but did not receive the ticket contacted the manager he offered me a couple of free passes that he'd mail them to me took my name and address I never got the passes be careful of this shady Cinema

They gave me expired nacho chips. It’s brick inside it’s winter what ya doing having the ac on? The cheese for the nachos were ice cold the lady skimped me with the butter on my popcorn but other then that the staff was chill movie was good and bathrooms were clean.

I love this movie theater because I remember the first time I came here I was 15 it was my birthday I saw the movie I wanted to see and I had a blast.

Lights came on in theatre 11 with 45 minutes left in movie! I would like a comp ticket as I couldn't watch the ending! Usually the place is great.

I really enjoyed my visits to this movie theater. I love that they have a restaurant inside, where you can eat and drink (alcoholic drinks) while you wait for your movie. Right across the restaurant (inside still) there’s also a small arcade where you can add money to a card that you get from a kiosk that’s right in the entrance to play with your mate or children.
Place itself is very clean and service.
I hope this pandemic goes away so I can go back to my normal live and keep enjoying of everything along with my family.

The seats dont recline, long lines, and a year ago I was able to show a mobile voucher now it has to be printed.the ticket agent was nice enough to print it there but its 2020

Great theatre, good food, and helpful staff. The theater has always been clean and neat. The bathrooms are very clean as well. Great choice for dates, family friends, or just going alone.

Great service, great food. The chairs in the last row off the foor seat recline oddly was uncomfortable, but otherwise great experience.
