After searching all over the state I was glad I landed at Showcase Homes. You can’t beat the high quality that you’ll receive for way less than the other guys. Patti was extremely helpful in the purchase of my new house. Thanks to Patti, Chris and the entire Showcase Homes staff I finally have a place to call home.

Showcase homes of Malta is a great place to buy a home! They have many employees, but one really gave us more than 110 % of her time to get us a house we wanted. Patty was always there for us anytime we had questions, we called and when we just popped in to say hi. She is always smiling, even if she was having a bad day herself.
Patty is fantastic, wonderful, and is so patient with everyone. She never sent us away from her office without making us feel that everything will be ok! Patty is very knowledgeable about selling you a home.
We feel like we have known Patty as a friend all our lives. She is the BEST!

Building a house during COVID certainly had its challenges, but the staff at Showcase made the experience as smooth as possible! We were so thankful to have Patty as our point-person. She was attentive, receptive, and timely with getting us answers to our questions. Her warm personality and genuine interest in our project made us feel like we were in good hands. Adam's extensive experience with ALL forms of residential construction gave us confidence that our turn-key package would be done right. Everyone associated with the Showcase team, from the business office to the contractors to the company CEO were all wonderful to work with. If we had to do it all over, we would DEFINITELY work with Showcase again!
